Very unprofessional bank. They call cou consistently for advertising calls, even when you tell them not too. Sometimes i had up to 8 missed calls per day. When you hace an actual problem, nobody answers the phone or it takes. Very long to resolve issues.

Total Waste of time and unprofessional Customer service.As a former customer of SCB I closed the account 7 years ago due to their unprofessional customer service. But after a gap of many years I decided to open an account and had to deal with SCB customer supports incompetence very unprofessional.

In burjuman center there is ATM 🏧 for all,deposit cash,withdrawal cash, cheque deposit,credit card deposit, but only one 🏧 atm machine

They have closed down many of their atms and CDMs, very difficult to find their branches and ATMS, very nice online system, but very difficult to find atms and Cash deposit machines

There are only 2 branches for public opened in Dubai.1/ EMAAR Business ParkBUILDING #3, opposite DICSaturday to Thursday 9am - 2am2/ The Galeries Blgd in Downtown Jebel AliSaturday to Thursday 9am - 2amSTANDARD CHARTERED BANK PLEASE CORRECT YOUR HOMEPAGE AND MAKE IT CLEAR FOR EVERYONE.SO THAT CUSTOMERS DOSENT HAVE TO SEARCH AROUND THE WHOLE CITY!

Move away from this bank. They will find any single opportunity to charge you a fee. Not the bank you want for the long term. Thank god I realise this after few months with them and I dont have more money involved. So many better banks that really mean it when they say you are a valuable customer.

Pretty upset with the service, first off they call you almost every single week offering a bank loan which gets very annoying. Secondly they charge you fees where ever they can.. something as small as requesting for a statement is almost AED 50 ?

It is an awful bankI have a credit card with very high amount since 6 years with them and they keep calling me everyday for new useless offers!!!!!and once when I am traveling they blocked it and sent me a message to call them from abroad in numbers which didn’t work?!and when I reach them and they said it will be removed in 6 hours?!!! I don’t know whyThey told me that can’t send a message or call me back to inform of reopening because it is the policy!!!!! Worst experience and I will close the card the minute I am back to dubai

It is very pushy bank, I have been their customer for 4 years and always paying on time, however every month they call 100 times asking for their payment knowing that I always pay... useless management
