Bank is okay until something happens. You have to spend hours on your phone and something is going wrong at least once for 3 months. They attempt to steal money from customers not only me but other people I know. Everyone who consider please be very careful especially if you want to send money overseas. They claim free but you most likely will loose on their hidden actions like me.

A very nice branch with poor customer service from the front desk staff. Visited this branch on 24/01/21.

I have visited this branch requesting a loan restructure on 23rd July 2020 and submitted all required documents. Unfortunately so far I haven’t received any notification from the collection dept. When I called the collection dept. they mentioned that they don’t have any details or any indication regards to my request. Wonder what happened. Really bad service.

Do not go to the staff name Iggie Elson Isagon Rico unless unprofessional service takes 8 days to reply to an email and will never ever respond to your call back request. Disgusting service

EMIRATES NBD Branch,but not easy find if you come from outside. Mainly service for local people.

Very bad directions. The map took me to the opposite road and said Ive arrived at my destination which was the middle of the highway!!!!! So disappointed!!!!!
