Worst staff and no proper details of bank timing.You see online something and inside bank different.And the customer assistance lady has threatened me with police complaint on me.as a customer of bank no value. And stupid and cheap staff

Its Good But Emirates NBD being a Largest network Banking system in UAE need to open more ATMs at various places to give easy access for cash to the Customers.

Very Poor , the customer care on counter 1 and 2 want to sit idle they were very rude , i never ever will go on this branch , they insulted me because of i reached at 1.30PM and they said we dont work after 1.30PM, but branch time is till 2.00 PM.i wish i give them a slap on their ...

Very poor customer service. Both ladies sitting in the customer service desk didnt show any interest to help me and just referred me back to their call center- which didnt make sense. They both didnt take any minute to ask me what my issue was, I felt like they were just in a hurry to get rid of me.I suggest you go to Union Square branch. I was very pleased with all the staff there.

0 customer serviceWent there to get detailed information about foreign currency account opening in EURO. The brunch was almost empty and all counters were free since it was 6PM. However all help that I received was You can find all info on google. When I asked about Euro saving account plans his answer was Maam on one account you can save more and on another one just little.I know very well what is google and official site, but I think when someone is coming to bank it means they need more detailed explanation than on website and this basically what customer service exist for.So DO NOT waste your time, you wont get any help there(

I have account with this bank for so many years, dont expect some help. I asked the contact number of Trade and Finance regarding Letter of Credit. first she asked me whats L/C? but she can give me security contact number....; second they dont have contact number of Al Muraqqabat branch... I really doubt myself, am I calling to a bank? I have experiences with RAK and Citi bank, if ENBD really cares the comments here I m suggesting them to hire more professional and active Chinese bankers especially in trade and finance department.In this 4G 5G time, anything we want to know we have to drive all the way to this bank and find around concerned people to ask step by step, you still may not get what you want......

I have been to the ATM and CDM. Usually not too crowded and there is ample paid parking space available.

Bad exchange rate if youre withdrawing money from the ATM with your foreign card. The difference is about 5%, worse than the normal credit card rates.
