Very bad service.. only one person in teller that is so slow.take more than one hour to clear 5 costumers

Customer service is extremely unprofessional. I was planning to open an account in DIB but after dealing with CS I changed my mind. Only Jihad from the customer service was friendly and helpful

Service in that bank is not good at all ... One employee working and one walking around like he is in the park, more than 2 hours waiting to get bank statement, only 2 numbers ahead of me????? One person sitting since 52 minute just to finish one service... The worst branch ever dealt with.. for sure will never come back again.... all in all DIB services are 👎👎👎👎👎

Not a good experience for me personally , cashier was busy on whats app and even didnt bother about customer standing in front of him. I was in hurry to deposit cash and he was busy in texting. Better dont go there.

It is somehow far and quiet empty.This why the staff here are Keen to help.Also plenty of available parking.
