Teller counter area seemed efficient, they assist customers promptly no matter how many walk in.Business customer service on the other hand is a joke, very poor. 6 counters opened doing absolutely nothing but playing on their phones while only one counter supposedly serves business, 45 mins waiting and I am the ONLY customer in the branch.The poor guy on the business counter seemed trying his best to finish his pending work, looking at the other reviews I dont know why the head of Customer service or branch manager are not being fired and why no one else is taking corrective action of what is very clearly poor management.Head of Customer Service couldnt care any less, just pointed out the fact I have to wait for this one counter and went on doing his business. Absolutely zero effort to say or do anything that could help.I dont recommend this branch at all, its a shame RAK bank is investing too much to support business banking but dont have efficient branch management.

Very poor customer service. Security guard gave me a token when i entered but i noticed all people came after me their turns came first and i almost waited 1 hour for my turn. Upon checking with manager he said that S token is priority which is for elite account and thats why they are served first. My question is how did the security know who is elite customer or not without even checking the card or mobile number of the customer. Security is misusing the tokens to give priority to customer depending on their appearance or nationality and the worst thing is he is doing it right under the customer service manager who is seated right there.

Definitely better customer service employees and duty manager than dragon mart and midriff branches. Card issues all fixed , update my personal information and teller service

Unprofessional and archaic bank.They took 4 month to open a business account, asking documents that the nasa won’t ask if you want to work with them. And after everything is ok, with the business plan and the use of the account and and and, they transfer you to someone else who doesn’t know anything about your file and ask you everything again. I can tell you one thing : don’t open a business account with them, you are loosing money and precious time.This bank doesn’t want to work, maybe with dinosaurs.

Never had a problem served quickly and efficiently

Unprofessional customer care after 2 months of follow up to get my business account started i did not receive any response whatsoever and had to finally request them to cancel the process. Mashreq NeoBiz started my account in 3 days

This branch manager is very bad I deal with them for 10 auto loan from 2 months every day the branch manager is telling me new procedure for the processing my case and sometimes he is not answering the calls he is telling no customer service staff is there he is the one handling all customer inquiries and from 60 days working in my deal car got registered but more than 5 days I couldn’t get the car because rak bank still didn’t transferred the amount to the delay and those cars are for business purpose it they made me in big lose in this deal and no one is taking care for this point I don’t know who is taking care of customers in this bank , don’t trust them on days they are telling the procedure will take keep sure procedure will not match with time they fix for you . Very bad service

Very low Waiting time for Teller services. Two cash deposit machines available. All other Commercial and Priority banking services are available and well staffed. Parking available at all times. Walk-able distance from Metro. The Best RAK Bank branch that i have used.

Had to go here to cancel an old credit card. People waiting for more than 2 hours and yelling, the assignment of tokens and staff is all messed up with some staff sitting idle while customers waited for 2 hours plus!Deplorable place, pathetic service and clueless/indifferent manager. This is not the Dubai we want. Pls close the branch if any senior manager does look at these reviews. Or better close the bank!

They are rude, dont apologise for keeping you waiting unnecessarily and its hard to find any staff thats smiling. Will serving you they dont make you feel acknowledge, I have seen so many people just walk out due to the poor service, but the team dont seem to really care, they dont even react.There needs to be a BIG shake up of the management team and staff at that branch. They need to understand the importance of the customer and their individual jobs.

Worst customer service ever.Staff genuinely has no idea whats going on and has to keep asking or calling someone to figure out how to do something.Blames customer for coming at 2 when closing is at 3pm.Whenever they cant get something done, they say there isa technical issue and advices to come another day when you can clearly see they just want to leave on time.Disruptive atmopshere where they are keep shouting with each other.It was a simple account opening so I am afraid to even proceed with any type of banking with this branch. Overall bank image and reputation is bottom rock once you visit this branch.

I came to get just the stamped statements and it took more than 1 hr just waiting in line. First of all, we dont prioritize arabs just because they are upset or just because they are locals. There is a priority number for a reason. We were only like 10 customers waiting but it took forever. Shoutout to the security who is in charge of the priority numbers and is busy with his phone checking his wats app and instagram. you are not paid to use your phone the whole day, then some customers ended up complaining not getting their priority number.

This is the best bank in the UAE, this is what we call as role model for other banks. Everything is easy in this bank and you can do almost 90% of their services using their mobile APP.
