Customer Service Manager named - Pooja Ashok was just terrible. I didn’t expect her attitude towards customer as a “Customer Service MANAGER “.No wonder why the review in this branch was depressing.

Rak people confirmed to me 4 times that my card is eligible for easy payment plan. After the purchase. They told me we are sorry you are not eligible!Just be aware from the bank. They could do nothing to help you for their mistakesDefinitely you will be corrupted!

I have been with the RAKBANk for 10 years.. But one of the worst bank services i have faced.. easy in operation and transaction wise.. If you have any isues or face any problem.. they are the worst.. they dont trust you.. and treat u as beggers to handle/use your own money... Customer services is 1 out of 10 .. Services representative think as fi they are the only one in DUBAI .... Irritated with their replies and feedback...

This review is not for Rakbank directly, but for the relationship managerMohamed MohebIf you write him emails, he doesnt answers.When you try to call him, he doesnt take up the phone.So if you have any questions as an business customer, you have to call the central number every time.And if you get one answer after weeks of waiting, he answers short and very disrespectful. Im really angry that im forced to handle with this person. I will now try to change my account to another bank.How can this person be a relationship manager?

I told the bank manager/representative at the Our Medha branch that I need to open an account as I need cheque book to rent an apartment. He said that the only way for me is to open an account is if I deposit 10,000aed. I left as I felt it was unreasonable.The next day I opened an account with mashreq and got the cheque book delivered to my house in 1 day with zero deposit. Now thats my salary account, now thats how you do business.Rak bank - educate your staff or else youll be losing a lot of customers like this.

I think the employees here are not remunerated yet. The customer Care representative here is treating us like as if we here to rob the bank. Not even looking at the face. Such pathetic banking experience

I visited the beach 2 month ago for business banking service,I applied onlineNext day gentlemen called and and ask me to visit and sign the application, it took time to verify the company activity since I have general trading activities, The gentleman was very responsible and bank update me via SMS in all process , last month I also visit for personal account since they open company, also everything was fastIf you are looking to open bank account you can apply online, in my experience since We have many companies and we deal with many banks in UAE, RAK bank team doing the right job and they are developing the services, I highly recommend RAK Bank

Been here nearly 3 hours. All documents in order. Its hard not to get frustrated. One guy ahead of me said everytime I come you ask for different things!!, Ive been trying for a month now!!!. I guess Im lucky its only been 3 hours.

They are the best people in the continental to waste your time.Never Ever recommended. If urgent, go to any other of their branch.They say silly excuses, never solve your banking problem.Even-though they are very good to deposit your money there.And the ATM machines inside this branch is working perfectly...

Worst bank... Bad service... Lots n lots of hidden charges. They charged me almost 400 dhs for going above my credit card limit... They asked me to pay the full amount n they take a request for reversal of the charges... I paid the full outstanding n they took my request n declined it the same day. DO NOT GET THIER CREDIT CARD....there are much better options out there

Worst customer service. The lady sitting as a customer service manager thinks that she is the boss of all the employees as well as the customer. She didnt have even pleasant smile to greet a customer. All Rak banks customer services are worst. But Oud Mehta branch is having the worst worst worst.

Even the zero rating is not sufficient for the bank. I have left Dubai after closing my credit card and account was unable to be closed since credit card was closed after I left. Then when I request for cancellation from overseas they just asked me to transfer the 1AED to make it happen. To hell with 1AED for that they say I have to deposit more and then transfer. my emirates id expired and I donr have card with me now as well.

Worst of the worst. totally not recommended, bunch of lies and broken promises, what-so-called customer service will cause you damage more than a service, they will make sure to have your blood pressure up to the its peak level.

The worst costumer service, when I filled a request to postpone my car loan due the current financial difficulties, even with submitting all the necessary documents nothing was happening and they kept on the deducting the monthly payment!!

Avoid, came here to close my account, waited 1.5 hours so far already. Out of 6 customer service counters only 1 is being used. Slow service, not recommended. Use another bank that actually cares about its customers.

Worst customer service and banking experience. Empty promises, hanging up during phone calls, no responsibility took. Only excuses and delays. Lloyd DSouza is very rude and unprofessional manager saying at 14:52 “go to branch” while branch is closing at 15:00.0 out of 10
