I have been dealing with other banks such as emirates islamic bank and dubai islamic bank, i swear to god AL HILAL BANK is the worst bank in Dubai, i have been waiting 2 weeks for such a small matter which is increase the credit card limit through this pathetic and lazy branch and TILL THIS DATE i havent got any response from them.

You have to sleep there. bad branch . if you have a simple thing to do there my advice is to bring a blanket and a pillow because you will wait to the next day 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
