They call it smart branch, but you cant really get any help there or it will take forever for Teller to respond to you through the machine. Consider this branch only as ATM services.
This letter is for the management of this branch to enhance their staff to be more trustable. I went to open an account for my wife and submitted all the required documents to one of the branchs staff (Irfan). Irfan informed that he will contact me within a week to let me know about the approval. Then, he disappeared without updating me and replying to my frequent calls. Then, he called me after two months after I called one of his mangers complaining about his behavior. He promised to call me back the next day to update me. Then, he disappeared again. I believe that any bank s reputation is built on trust between the customer and the staff. Therefore, someone careless like Irfan can ruin this trust and affect the reputation of any bank.
Worse bank in Dubai I have dealt with been here for last twelve years, specially this branch poor service starting from bank staff Mr.Simon, Mr.Nataraja then Mr.Ahmed branch manager. I have visited the branch more then six times requesting a service since 10th May no response from bank branch or customer service department. Worse thing is they dont give direct answer to any questions asked . promise endless commitment but nothing works out.
Worst banking service, you will require 3 trips to them just for a simple bank statement where as other banks u require 3 minutes. Only one staff, one computer, one printer(which does not work 90% of the time) and one atm is available at this branch.
Atm machines very slow .. 2 from 10 ATM machines working.. cant use mashreq card on other banks! ... seriously one of bad experience I have it
