I don’t recommend this bank, they’re just on collecting people’s documents and keep ignoring them and they even don’t tell you if your application is rejected ! 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎

Really pathetic staff and service...they have no idea about customer service and one feels that the ladies behind the counter and the bank employees just turn up to waste time..I typically wait at least an hour before getting any attention from them and even after that they behave in extremely rude way..they all should be replaced with professional staff

Interacted with one of the sales executive from this branch who provided incorrect information for sale of a credit card later i had to do multiple follow ups with the head office to resolve this issue.

I really despise going to this place usually have to waste 45 minute to an hour of my life there. First of all there is NO PARKING. Second the customer service is horrible . They usually have more than 10 employees working there but only 2 are actually working , most of the other employees are checking there phone and doing anything else other than working. The ladies working behind the counter are always on the phone and u can see the iPhone headset in all the times . Please fire them all and hire somebody who actually wants to work and help the customers w there problems and needs
