Very very bad service is this bank this month am open online bank account. But they didnt send me a IBAN number . am many time send email to this bank or contact with customer care but any positive result .

I collected over the years quite a few 1 AED coins (around 8kg) I wanted to get rid of it by putting it in my Mashreq account. Apparently they have no solution to put cash coins in my Mashreq bank account. How will I trust them to handle complex financial plans/loans etc. if they are already overwhelmed with putting coin cash in my account?This is the most costumer unfriendly bank I have ever had to deal with. It is not even possible to talk to someone on the phone to ask if there is such a machine available. Totally incompetent. I will close my mashrek account as soon as possible and will go to a proper bank.

I had a bad experiance today counter no 15. date 22.09.2020i wanted to close my account and went there. they told me to contact 044244444 to close my account. i asked why they said they dont have access to my mashreq account. i got wondered and called the number which they told me. the call center person told me i can visit any mashreq branch to close my account. i told the call center person that i already visited the branch and they told me to contact customer care. and the customer care person telling no the bank shouldnt tell like that only the mashreq branch bank can do the needful to close my account. tomorrow i m planing to visit mashreq muraqabat branch. i hope i will get help from muraqabat branch.

The bank is very good .. they have good service. They have qualified staffs. Very good technology . They do help people with personal loan as well as auto and home mortgage. But if someone is against this, means he took loan but couldnt refund or repay back. They do have also opportunity for investment with insurance and very secured. The internet banking is well done too. The extra new product they have, its possible to open account even if youre out of the country ( means not in UAE) simply with easy documents. You will get the same time when you open account with them, the cheque book and your debit card ... You can withdraw from ATM machine with your Emirates ID as well.
