The worst customer service possible on the face of the planet. Ive had a banking career for about 15 years, can confidently say the employees here have zero care or training about client care. With poor reviews all over you would think a few employees would be probably be fired for bad service.

Worst DIB branch you can visit.Ladies busy on there phones and most of them consider themselves doing you a favor if they have to do there job.I think management should take actions against this branch or send some secret agents to check what’s going on.Unlike other branches very Bad experience.

One of the bad customer service that I ever saw in my life.. They treat us in bad manners. Especially media city DIB Bank.. I closed my savings account today, and I asked them to give closed account confirmation later but they said it will take two months.. Dont know why it will take two months to give one letter.. On the spot they closed my account but not ready to give the letter..

One of the worst banks Ive dealt with. Had there been a half star review, i would’ve chosen that.They blocked my account while I was abroad and getting through their customer service was a nightmare, and I was stuck without access to my account until i was back in the country. Just a no-no.

Appalling service across the board - whether it is branch visit or phone banking. Do budget minimum 2 hrs to get anything done by visiting the branch. I have visited their several branches - Al Nahda, Al Qusais, Oud Mehta, Reef Mall, Deira, Internet City, Aweer Automarket for different purposes and they excel consistently in one thing - POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Look at this photo taken ...At 11.20 am (when I took this photo) they have just served one customer i.e. nearly in 1 hour. Strongly suggest that if there is an option at all pls give DIB a pass and bank with someone else.

Zero customer service...even if you wait 6 months, you will not get anything you requested. Card replacement....no card ever arrived lol. They simply do not have any customer service at all. If you have any issues, your stuck.

I was there for 1hour and 30 minitues! Just to change my mobile number! There was a lady in counter 12! She was holding a customer for a long time! And then she was talking with a nother worker just laughing and talking to each other! And then she pressed a botton and asked the person who came half and hour after me to come! He told me to go first and i said i want to change my number! She just said no in a rude way! I asked i just wantbto chnage my number at what time should i come back! She was looking at her computer and said that go to another branch! Didn’t even smile! I felt so bad first time in a bank like these! I’ve been to banks in many countries i never had this kind of experience! But the lady in the front counter was the only lady who said sorry sir! You should change all your staff in this branch! Or close this branch! Please give them a proper training to smile atleast and to give a service! Thankyou!
