ADCB business bay branch, it’s good to find many banks branch here in business bay, especially the big banks like ADCB.You can do all kinds of services, either the personal services, or the business services.Somehow during the morning time it’s crowded and you have to line in the cue, but still it will not take long time.And for the normal transactions of depositing or withdrawing for sure you can use ATM machines there.
Visited the branch at 8.00 AM after calling their call centre as well as making some research in their website, However, i was sent from one person to other and at the end received a call at noon from someone to tell me we cant open a business account for such activity. thank you for wasting my time .

Good team, great customer service and always helpful.Got issues with a transaction and thats solved within 12 hours. Also they have done a follow up personally Calling me and updating about status. Always recommend these guys and so far the best branch to deal with.
Beware! Avoid at all costs any relationship with this bank will end up wasting money for nothing ans valuable time for no reason. They take 6 working days for simple processes which is 8 days for issuing a single paper.. their Internet banking is another nightmare so kindly advise everyone to move to another bank
On paper waiting time 20mins; Realistic waiting time 45mins. The only reason i dread going to any bank branch is the unprecedented waiting time and ADCB proved me right with a sheer waist of time and money. Why not online or tele services to provide solutions instead of making customer wait. The most interesting part is branch manager calling in token numbers only to have a good report reflected in system even though nobody acknowledges the customer or resolves the query. ADCB management should take a note around false services and mis treatments.

They didn’t accept to open new account “BECAUSE OF MY NATIONALITY “ where its shame , And no other logic reason to not accepting.Im speechless in front of this issue ! I felt the racialism today with this reason!!!!!!
The old lady in the Branch seating on customer service disk dont know how to deal the customer. At least keep some one with good ethics.

Very Bad experience ,I dont even want to give 1 star ,its like a public robbery.Requested to close the account,and cleared all the transactions.still they are making me to wait long and putting unnecessary charges.A complete bad hierarchy from bottom to top.Fed up with their systems

Very bad bank really no one should go there they are just wanna steal your money i had an account before how many years and i didnt even use it for how long now i found that they put a huge amount on me every month and they didnt even message me or call me or even send email to tell me about the charges really guys dont try them
