Solution Hub need to assign enough counter to attend customer requesting for Applying/Collecting Liability letter. Waiting time is terrific. Even though some counters are free, still need to depend on one counter for this service. Why Banks following this traditional way rather than make it smart online?

I Approached this branch for auto finance and I was served by Mr. Ebrahim Asad - Officer - Sales & Service. Ebrahim was very professional in his approach and very knowledgeable. He was very clear in what documents he required to process my loan. Once the documents were provided, the loan was approved within a day and I got delivery of my car the following day. Amazing experience with Ebrahims service and I would highly recommend to contact Ebrahim for all your consumer banking needs. Surely a 5* for my experience with Ebrahim at DIB Oud Metha branch. I am a very happy customer.

I approached this branch (not the solution hub) for early settlement of my loan and to my surprise I found them unprofessional, arrogant and impatient. Due their poor judgement I had to visit the branch multiple times where it could have completed with a single visit. The customer agent sitting in counter thinks himself as superior to anybody. He didnt even showed the patience to listen what I was saying. Absolute shocking experience!!!! If DIB organisation members are reading this then please understand and give proper training to your staff on handling the customers, atleast train them to listen to their customers completely. Very impatient guy with rude behaviour. Doesnt want DIB service anymore. If there is a negative rating star Id give that. Very bad !!

Kind of impossible to reach customer care service, wast of time really, I never seen anyone in this branch cooperating with the clients, every time I come I have to wait for hour or so, then they ask for printed paper, dubai government is going digital and dubai Islamic Bank still asking for printed documents like car register card which is making none sense at all, someone must look into this branch and upgrade the system here, can not go in 2022 with mentality of 1990s....

Very poor Customer service never visit this branch. Manager Hassan body language show as if he is some Superior officer. Very rude persons. These people will never learn the true meaning of serving its customers. Not very helpful. They tell u to sit stand or get out of the bank in a very unprofessional way.

I am really surprised to see the bad experience of others had with DIB Oud Metha Branch. After reading all the reviews, I visited the Branch at 9:00 am on 05-11-2020 with a positive mind. I was waiting for my turn and within 3 minutes Mr. Jasem from customer service attended my query and initiated the request within 5 minutes. It took only 10 minutes to complete my transaction. Branch Manager was assisting other customers who were waiting for their turn during that time.I would like to thank Mr. Jasem and the Branch Manager for their professional service and the superb customer service. Please visit them and experience the difference of their service from the Security to the Branch Manager.

Solutions Hub section is extremely poor in entertaining the customer u have to wait for more than 30 mins and all u see in front of u is empty seats which make u wonder why are u even holding the ticket number in your hand anyways when no one is bothering to call your token number

Very bad costumer service . Wasted my time coming from far to this branch. I was told on the phone I need to come to this branch. When I came they sent me to another branch . Nad al hamar branch was worst . I arrived at 1:20pm , no parking , they didn’t assist me. They said it’s late !!! Call center , mall branches never give correct info!!!! Can’t wait to close my account with them !!!!

Awesome service and no crowds at all, the reason is the Manager Mr. Hussain Elswaidi, you will see him everywhere, front or back desk, asking people if they need any assistance, back in the cashiers, waiting the clients and asking them if everything ok... what an amazing Manager that we wish to see someone like him everywhere everyday..God bless

Worst branch indeed.. They have only 1 teller for the day and they call it Quick service.. You have to wait for almost 2 hrs just for your number to be called which is unacceptable. I wonder what does the magement does with this kind of issue. Glad Im finally changing my bank.

From past 6 months i have had very bad experience with DIB and i went to so many branches called CS with no responses, followed up for hours nothing happened. With this experience who would have liked to continue with such bank? Then i reached to Oud metha branch took a waiting ticket i was standing for my turn and i saw manager of branch walking out off his office and called me to assist me in his office. He resolved my problem in 10 minutes which other branches such as dubai mall branch could not for 6 months.I instead opened another account in DIB with such amazing experience.Mr Hussain Suwaidi is amazing and very helpful guy whole DIB in UAE needs such leaders. No reason why i saw every customer smiling in oud metha branch.Gratitude to Mr Hussain Suwaidi humble and problem resolving lad !

Negative Stars10 people waiting with only 1 counter activated out of 4 at 12pm. This bank doesn’t care about the customers.The guy sitting at the counter is coming and telling people to come tomorrow as he know he cant handle them all.This cant get worse. No planning. Careless Management.

I would give them all the negative 👎 stars. The poorest customer service I have ever come across in any of the departments in Uae. Even after having no que still kept me waiting for more than 45 mins to collect a cheque. The guy in the customer service desk was doing I d k his own things. He only woke up when I went to complain about the delay to the manager!! This was my last visit/transaction with DIB. Never going there again!

Very bad service, especially Counter 4, the bank stops the immediate withdrawal and asks to update the data every time, and there is no regard for women and the administration, unfortunately, is not cooperating at all .. We will end our dealings with this bank and we will not deal with it again
