I withdraw cash from NBD ATM machine and it dispensed damage cash. I spoken to customer support over the phone and told to exchange it to any branch. I went to Deira branch and the old man told me its impossible to get damage cash from the machine and told me to go to Central bank and exchange. For a 100 dirham I have to waste my time replacing it. Very poor customer service.

Worse bank ever if you are serious person and want a serious bank for your business please avoid NBD at all cost you will lose precious time with this bank worse customer service slowest and most outdated banking system and the people in compliance are from 1980 they havent got any clue what modern business are how they work I am 100% certain majority of these compliance people havent run a single business in there life Emirates NBD =Bag of garbage

Bad customer service experience! The Indian bank manager does not care to customers even though he’s available to assist (as if he did not see me)I took a queue token though it was not busy hour in this branch until one blonde customer came in and I notice these 2 Arab staffs immediately approach this customer even though she haven’t taken any token yet. So disappointing to experience such discrimation.

Staffs in the tellers are very cooperative & freindly...Customer service section need to improve, only counter staffs are good....Bank rules to be changed also, if below 100k available they are charging 20aed per transactions, its high in the market..Too much cutting by charges while other banks are not doing.Benefits - 24hour branches available in airport 1 & 3

Sales reps in this branch are terrible. Their sales reps have conflicting statements. One will say you are eligible for a product then the other will say no. Only good thing in this branch is the lady that nicely greets you and helps you about which service you need to go to.

24hrs service (ATM machines) for deposits and withdrawals, Sun-Thu (8am-3pm) for cheque encashments, difficulty in finding parking. Overall good.

AtM CDM 24*7.. Banking hours in photo. And for banking work if you dont want to wait at bank, one can issue ticket online and see the waiting time. Procedure is uploaded in photo

Recently they have changed their ticketing system if you have the card your number will come early if you dont then you have to wait at least 45mins.Thats totally unfair towards business customerFor instance I always visit ENBD for my office purpose but I dont have a card so everyteI have to wait
