Very bad service. Gone 3 times to send Money I Provided all the sources of fun but rejected. Unprofessional and rude staff not supporting to customers .Same transaction did from HBL.I have a very very bad experience 3 times.

This bank has almost average fees and services available as any other banks, but the customer service and efficiency has to be improved. A simple counter transaction that should have taken at most 5 minutes became 25 minutes for no reason. And please teach your staff to smile and greet customer. Customers are the reason these bank officers have a job, the least they could do is face a descent facial expression as gratitude.

@UBL, here’s a suggestion, if an existing customer is providing you all the information as a soft copy or on their phone to add a new beneficiary for transfer, just use it instead of asking the customer to fill a form and asking for documents which, by the way, you should already have in record as they will eventually go to waste. FYI.. i submitted my valid documents just last week.During times when organizations are doing their best to reduce paper waste and to avoid form filling as much as possible due to covid-19, UBL on the other hand wants their customers to fill forms for even small things such as addition of new beneficiary. I understand all organizations have their own policies, but filling forms just to add beneficiary, which will eventually go to waste in a while is just a waste of time and a threat to the environment. Since I submitted my documents just last week, why ask for the same documents again?Take some initiatives towards CSRAnd please do something about the AC in the Bur Dubai Bank street branch, it’s not working as it should since last week !
Took a token at 12.45 and still waiting for a turn at 13.06It seems there is only teller who keeps calling tokens starting with TS20 and now one is bothered about series starting with 10

Disappointing staff and service no one responsible person there regarding one of my complaint I visit the branch and called customer service center so many times but no one bother and no one willing to resolve the matter, customer service staff is behaving very bad.

Worst Customer Service , Staff was very rude & wasnt ready to serve me because Branch hours were finished though i had a service ticket & was there 15 mins before the closing hours .. Branch manager was Kind enough to ask him to service me .. But Worst customer service - I Felt like he was providing me service back home & attitude of being a Banking Staff .. lol
Their cash counter staffs are very friendly. However, parking, sometimes system slowdown and lack of branches are major issues.
Good in terms of money remittance, but average in customer handling. in short lack of professionalism compare to other banks in Dubai Like ENBD / EIB
Very disappointing staff no one responsible person there I use to call every day several times on branch landline number but no one answered like nobody is there I opened account last month on 27 November until now nothing happened I complained 3 times on their call center but no action was taken they don’t meet the bank standard of UAE
Really bad experience. I was thinking it may change but hated still same like Pakistan.Here they mentioned timing till 9pm.Now its 719pm nd they are closed. Even they didnt update their timings.
I dont know about the banking experience with this bank but being Pakistani I feel pride that this bank has couple of branches in UAE and at some prime locations.
We have to wait long there. Everything else ok.

The most worst service with poor management. It should be a third or forth class exchange not a bank. CS dont know how to treat customers and security dont know even how to speak with customers. Sorry to say they are insulting us.
