Worst service.... any person you meet are rude and they reject any facility you want.....Staff Muthu at teller and tall Arabic lady at Customer Service .Pathetic Service
Worst Emirates NBD Branch ever. The staff are rude and liar including the manager and supervisor. They send me text message to claim my cheque because it is not possible to procees in atm machine. But instead, they are telling that they will just destroy my cheque and nothing will happen to any transaction. They refuse to return my check even I ask them nicely in 4 times visit. This is my worst experience in all of the banks.

If one day you need any service in the branch, make sure you have hours free to wait in queue, its more than slow, then finally its your turn? Nice, you have 50% chance to not solve your problem and even youll leave with wrong information. Skip this branch and even skip this bank at all
If you are planning to go to this bank ,take one week leave and go ,bcs bank is having very lengthy procedure and they will never gave proper information about what all documents required
Never ever visit them of any transactions needed, a bunch of totally arrogant people, not at all helpful and upon that they make everything over complicated for even a basic transaction.0 star rated
Very poor customer service, i tried to open an account, 3 times they have asked me to come back giving me 3 different requirements. i have asked their officer and brought all the necessary requirements as per website and also call center still the person who is in charge simply told me cannot accept and she needs to attend the other customer. this kind of staff must be trained, they dont give customer happiness.
Worst branch and service what I see ever. All staff are doesn’t speak with customers nicely. I hope ENBD will change all these staff from this branch. All of them non professional. Very very bad service

I went to the bank to collect my cheque and gone through with a very embracing moment through a Security guard. He stands at the entrance and when any of the customers entering in the bank he always stoping them and deal with them very rudely.When I entered and going to get the token to the token machine that guy stopped me and asked what I am doing and not letting me take the token.Just directly said that come at morning time, evening we dont serve. When I asked him the timing he just pointed through his finger and showing outside. He didnt bother himself to tell us verbally. He has a very bad attitude. He is so rude. He doesnt suit for this job.He is an African guy with very weird gestures.
