My personal bank is with them. Went to open a corporate account. They took my details and informed will be contacted in 24 hours. Still waiting for the call from past one week. 😏Further edit. I complaint about my incident to their customer care. Received multiple of calls asking for the status and apologized, but no solution found. Still waiting for that call after a month.

I visited this branch and have closed my credit card and account with Rakbank which means made full closure with documents signed. The next day they generated a credit balance statement asking me to pay late charge. I contacted a customer service out of frustrations and made a complaint (SR5021835) against the staff Teller No.3 Ms Kwalla Ali and her approval manager Mr Tariq. Even branch manager should be aware of this, Mr Abdulla. I have a terrible experience with this bank as a whole and as particularly credit card experience!.They give you credit card very easily but later on bombard you with miscellaneous charges like late charge payment. So dont go with this bank however the circumstances are.

To apply for a business account with RAK ​​BANK you must have a legal license and supporting documents. After the application, you will not be able to start your business for at least a month or more because it takes long time for RAK BANK to approve your business account. That means at least one month WITHOUT income. Theres no guaranty that will be approved at all. You may find yourself to start all over again with other bank. All this time you will receive automatic messages under process, sorry for inconvenience. Your company will actually be paralyzed because you cant legally do business without an account. Count this as an expense because your license start expiring from the moment you get hands on it. I dont know what happens later, but I guess the same bank will require you to deposit a certain amount of money into your account. If you are a new entrepreneur with a newly opened company, cooperation with this bank according to their system should start even before you even have a business idea and it will cost you a lot. This waiting game affect my business badly because I lost a large customer who could no longer wait to pay for the products and services and he turned towards established business. I got loss and bad reputation thanks to RAK BANK slowness, who may have destroyed my idea and business concept. Establishment like this should have quick support and effective systems. They appear to have I dont care policy which is sending thurible message towards future clients. However, arm yourself with patience and be prepared for this outcome if you choose RAK BANK as your business partner.

In my entire lifetime banking experience, my experience in this branch has been the best. The entire staff is extremely helpful and patient. Special thanks to the bank manager Mr. Tarek for his assistance.If I ever have to visit the branch for any work, I will only visit this branch.

Well, honestly I lost my faith on this bank because of the stress and hassle the customer service agents gave me for a month long unsolved problem until MAITHA AL BALOOSHI handled my case... she checks my problem on why my card was blocked, why my details are not yet updated and reviewed everything my reports and request then finally solved my case... I thank her so much for a smooth transaction and assuring me she will give me updates of everything. now thats what I call an international standard of taking care of a customer... if I can give her more than 5 stars, A million stars would be enough for changing my perception about the after sales of this bank.

Customer Service counter at Emaar Branch, sadly I forgot her name... She is very good and my concern and request has been resolved quickly and She able to treat her clients as individuals, focusing on their needs and doing her best to satisfy them. She did contact me to inform that my request is approved for just 1 day…I really appreciate it.

Unreasonable waiting time experienced, unsatisfactory staff knowledge, unsatisfactory empathy for the customers situation.After calling the service center 4 times, I gave up and went to a branch to solve what should be a simple matter that resulted from the banks mistake of not using my existing Emirates Skywards number to open a Skywards Wrold Elite credit card.After waiting 40 minutes, the service desk person was not to keen to listen to my problem and insisted there is nothing they can do to quickly rectify it. I would have to apply for card details change request, wait 2 weeks for it to be effected with a new card and be expected to pay all the assiciated fees for their mistake! I of course refused as it was unreasonable. After it all the service desk person even had the cheeck to tell me that if I dont like it, I can close the card and go somewhere else.I was advised to again call the service center and one knowledgeable person could solve my problem in 1 day.

As a loyal RAK Bank Customer, I have been to different RAK bank branches & dealing with many other banks since long, however, I must say that here in this branch in particular staffs are the best.I happened to visit branch 2 times last week on my second visit, met Ms. Maitha Al Blosshi, she heard my genuine request patiently and assured to sort out within minimal time. Which was resolved with satisfactory results.I am too happy with the services given by Customer Service Manager/ Ms. Maitha and would highly recommend bank to retain her for long time, she proves to be an Asset to RAK bank. I cannot undertand why the employees are talking to each other using Hindi language? Even if theyre discussing your case in front of you by phone, they will use theiranguage. We are in Arab country, customers speak English and hindi. How is it possible to speak customer cases in language customer cannot undertand.Despite that I would say employees are really keen to solve the problem

If theres a less star I could give this branch, the manager his rude, willingly declined my request after a call confirmation from one of rak bank representative that I can open a savings account with my salary certificate and the value of my current salary, the lady wanted to open the account but the man manager came and said no, he purposely shows his biased

No token system, causing chaos and crowds, and NO social distancing at all.Arrogant and rude customer service, including the branch manager, completely unaware of their own internal processes. Another branch processed my service request, whereas these guys claimed in unison that it was impossible! Really bad experience with this branch, thats shame.

1-Attitude- the branch manager has yelled on one of the customers.2-queue to get inside almost 7 ppl been locked in the small room near the ATM machine.3- 40 mins sitting with one of the customer service afdal aldin afzal and till now he is unable to print a bank statement for me, he kept typing on the keyboard for literally half an hour and still i am waiting to his update.

After several unsatisfying experiences with this bank, I finally decided to close all the products that I have with them (credit card and bank account).I first cancelled credit card and made sure to make 0 balance before I did it. few days later, I contacted their chatting staff to ask cancellation process of bank account.With his advice, I brought my ID, unused cheque book as well as debit card and visited the branch and they advised me that I can only cancel the account after 45 days from credit card cancellation.Funny thing is that my credit card and bank account is not even linked (no standing instruction) and there is no way that I can use my credit card after the cancellation, meaning there is no possibility that I have any balance in my credit card.I also never heard anything like this from any other bank from so may friends who left Dubai and more over the chat guy supposed to inform me too if this is the real policy for cancelling account.Additionally, i didnt even have to bring cheque book and debit card for the cancellation.This bank seriously need to improve their service and do more employee trainings before they lose all their customers due to their poor service and lack of communication.

One of the worst bank i have ever dealt with. I started the loan process in June and 4 months later the transaction is not finalized and they are asking me to visit the branch and the branch customer service says it is with the sales team nothing can be done. Very unprofessional and very bureaucratic

Today I went to visit Emmar business park rank bank branch by 10:30 am it was closed . When I saw timing of RAK bank outlet its open Saturdays to Thursday 8 am to till 2 pm. Its make me upset and sad. Why this bank making foolish to the customer by showing wrong timing in Google mapIt is really disappointed and disgusting
