Its really convenient to have Emirates group ATM in Enoc petrol pump next to Al Rayyan Mall Al Nahda SharjahEmirates group ATM is not available on the street of Al Nahda Sharjah, rest all r located in the mallLike Sahara center or Al Ansari Exchange Ansar Mall.

Would not currently recommend this branch. We opened accounts nearly 3 years ago and were well looked after. Recent experience, the customer service has been atrocious. Conflicting information, emails, calls WhatsApp messages ignored. Undertakings not delivered on. Something needs to change.

Worst Emirates nbd branch ever seen in uae.The security made me to wait outside in queue in heavy heat (not even considering that I am a woman) and permitted all gentlemen behind me and finally said the branch is closed . I just waited there in the queue for One and hours to see everyone behind me is served . I even said the security that I have a breast feeding baby. This my first worst experience in uae in past 4 years of time.

Suddenly branch now is closed; as well as its CDM/ATM machines

I went there by taxi to exchange my cheque but security stopped me because on cheque there is my name he said they should write only cash. I feel bad .

2 deposit atm and 1 withdraw for 24 hours and full Bank during operations

U can come here for cheque, cash depositing and withdrawal. There is 1 atm counter and 2 deposit machines working perfectlyThanks

Staff are good still always crowdy, ATM is always full due to its huge customers database specially on the salary weekAs a bank they offer alot of offers that u cant resist from entertainment to credit card facilities, and lots of ATMs spread around the country

2 out of the 3 ATMs were not operational which was causing a long queue. The area was smelly and has not been maintained by the bank correctly.

JUST VISITED THE BRANCH TODAY . THE RENOVATION WORKS COMPLETED AND ITS OPERATIONAL .ATM IS OPENED NOW ALSO.
