If you happen to call the service centre, do watch out for Ms.KARNEET the most mannerless, rude, impolite person.Dont spoil your day by calling this number. She surely knows how to be arrogant ! WORST BANK!!!!!!

Worst service. no concerned person available. I went for cheque deposit and security guard took cheques from me and stamped deposit slips. Later they called and told that we do not take post dated cheques, so come and collect your cheques. Worst experience.

Poor service and follow ups, especially with certain branches in India. Have been waiting for 2 years for them to sort out a very simple issue. The branch manager - Karneet - at present (keeps changing) is competent, but the staff before her were not. Also other branches that they deal with in Delhi and Bangalore are completely useless. They lost my opening account cheque, put some poor workers salary into my account (hope he got it returned!) by mistake, they never return calls or emails (except for Karneet), etc. Dont recommend using this bank...EVER!

Very worst service. I called many times Regards open bank account status but every time they say call after 10 minutes we are in other server, after that nobody answer the phone calls. I’m following up from last week there is no news from this branch. Surprised !!!
