Worst customer service ever especially if you are not an Indian. If you visit personally, they will treat you like air as if you dont exist in front of their faces. If you call them, it takes 5 or more attempts for someone to answer, and after explaining my issue they will pass the call to everyone, explain to each one of them just to be informed that I have to call another number. THE WORST. I REPEAT, THE WORST. You dont even deserve even a single star.

None of their payment machines are working Meena bazar branch have a paper stuck to go to Umm Hurair branch. Umm Hurair branch is written a paper on 2 machines not to pay cash as they are out of order and 2 are switched off. Karama branch only withdrawal is working.

Still I not go this bank but its looking nice when I always see it from other side of river. River side scene give awesome look

Really un professional staff , i tried to apply home loan, only email i got , no one willing to listen what am saying , the loan sales guy name XXX when ever am calling he will say will call u back or in meeting , more than 5times did something, lost interest in applying loan as nre, bank should recruit professional staff like Axis or HDFC , this why govt. banks not improving.

It is a very good Indian bank that provides good amount of interest on housing loans and for other services as well to NRIs and other individual staying in Dubai.

The staff think they are doing us a big favor. Each one of them think they own the bank. They work like tortoises. As slow as anyone could get. With a stinking attitude.

If you are thinking for opening an account or taking a bank service I recommend you to never take from this bank. This bank doesn’t has a good quality of service. You will find nice at first but later they will show their true colors. My sister’s card got stuck in ATM since 2 days. Today we called to the customer care and they weren’t picking the phone. After 4-5 min someone picked up and few seconds later they left the phone and after 20 min someone else picked up the phone. In their location there is no parking facility. They take lot of time for their services. This bank is a backward kind of bank. Other banks have upgraded their quality of service. Bank of baroda जागो ज़माना बदल गया।

Lousiest service i have ever seen from any of the bank, they have a different style of working and thats worst. No care attitude, no courtesy to reply to customer. from top to bottom they have incorporated typical way of non responsive working.
