Applied for a business account. Application is easy. But customer service is not good. They dont respond to questions. They didnt approve my application; didnt even give a reason why?!

The bank is very good .. they have good service. They have qualified staffs. Very good technology . They do help people with personal loan as well as auto and home mortgage. But if someone is against this, means he took loan but couldnt refund or repay back. They do have also opportunity for investment with insurance and very secured. The internet banking is well done too.

The worst bank. For 3 mnths my loan is being processed its a buyout,then I get my loan disbursed to the RAK account and the chq is not submitted to the bank which they gonna buy out my loan from, but Boom my 1st instalment is taken by RAK because the Agent Mishraji has forgotten to change the application date and happily goes on a vacation without handing over my case to his colleauges who keep fooling you since the past 1 month. Ridiculous ive to pay instalments in 2 places. And they are least concernd about the customer.I regret contacting them for a loan. Also the system is so slow all other bnks are so fast. Disgusting experience now Im stuck I cant change my salary account againto my previous bank.😶

Let’s just say, if you have ANY other bank around you, go to them... banking with them still feels like you are in the year 2003. Their process is very long and takes way too much time for anything to get done. Even after barely getting your work done they ask if you want to open another account 😂😂😂

This is the main gold souq branch of RAK Bank. It opens early at 8am in morning. The branch also has several atms, cash deposit machines. One complain i always have is the cash accepting machines are mostly full. There is no parking for this branch which makes it more difficult to walk from a far parking place.

Long queues on ATM/CDM everytime, their machines gets full till evening then you cant deposit/withdraw till morning. They often reject your signed documents
