Worst experience. They all are good at the time of starting a deal/business. Once it is done, then they dont bother any of the complaints. There is no reply for the mails. Even if our points are correct also, they stick on to their system. Everyone works as a Robot there, no one uses their common sense. I really having a big trouble with this Network team. We are losing money doing business with them.

Disappointed in the start , but later the issue was resolved , the rating goes out for Mr Usman who was very polite and brilliant .. 100% support and amazing customer service to resolve the issue .. hope it happened from the start , nevertheless very efficient follow up team .. !!

I am giving one star because we don’t have an option for zero. They are cheat, fraud company. Be aware, never do business with them.They have hidden, random charges. They will keep on dedicating from your account, without your concern. They will start random service and start deducting money.

The process of having a payment gateway is extreemly slow and could take more than the time spent in developing the website. If you are in rush then this is not the right place to set up your payment gateway.Update..after more than 40 days i still do not have a payment gateway. Be careful when dealing with this company. 100% you will regret it. 100% they will destroy your businessUpdate..After 65 days they finished one task with problems and second task still pending.They provided a payment gateway where customers receive a confirmation messages prior completing the payment.Something seriously wrong with this company ..⚠️ Do not make a mistake and sign up with them. Total headache and disaster customer service

Poor Service.I have a Payment gateway From them. Suddenly there has been no settlement for transactions 23rd Nov. 2020 onwards.There is no Point of contact in case of any issues. Call Centre just asks us to send email and there is no reply even after 48 hours.I Receive Email (Screenshot attached) asking for MID No. while its right there on the subject. ***WOW**Very Disaapointing considering there are many other BETTER alternatives out there. Im looking to switch and never look back.

Hi, very disappointed, we had a simple transaction of card terminal and we have weeks delay and everyday promises that it will be tomorrow, lost patience and asked for refund of upfront payments, will update if they are able to manage refund process like professional company, Network, seriously you need to work to improve.Updated after delivery and good aftersales service but 2 weeks supply was way too long. Otherwise happy.

I am trying to contact Network Internation because payments are not credited our Bank account. No one is there is support. I am writing this comment during phone calk with Network International. It has been ringing since 13 minutes but no one is bothering to pick the call and provide support.

Parking is paid over all. They have Costa coffee counter in ground floor a good indo arabic food cafeteria on ground floors offering good breakfast and lunch collections.This building is having NI head office and Emirates NBD IT COE.

This company should NOT be offering payment gateways at all, they are very dangerous on people’s businesses, they add unwanted risks by their in-capability to offer proper services, they have unexpected mistakes on the most basic side of the work required like releasing a transaction report!!!! I advice strongly to look for a better option for any business owner who need a gateway

One of the worse and most unreliable payment gateway provider. One of the poorest support followed by constant issues and unreliability .They have no Shame that their Poor service impacts the Business of others.Our ecom project got delayed by 2 months because of them and after bing online for 10 to 15 days they called saying due to some technical glitch our merchant ID is blocked and we need to resignup and they will offer re signup free. Forgetting technical glitch at there end caused it and they are shamelessly approaching saying to sign contract again that too having different tarrif then original contract .Avoid them at all cot as they are cheap in all ways

3 months to process a payment gate and get a refusal, they initially claimed 2-3 weeks. I had to follow up every week as I simply had no feedback. Now, I want to get back the cash for the setup fee but still I receive little feedback.I went to their competitor and got my setup in 2 weeks.

They do not even care to answer your phone calls and reply to emails, so unprofessional. They just want to sell their products and then start charging the clients with some vague fee which is not even mentioned in the agreement.No internal compliance, no wonder so many business owners facing problem with them.

Terrible Customerservice. All relationship managers answer the phone call only once and once they realize it’s something that needs work they stop answering calls and emails. Most unprofessional service and theft of payment transactions is not considered as illegal. Definitely not recommended.

Its too bad for this company having a salesman like AQIL A.. All i wanted is to know the hidden charges which is not discussed before the acquisition of the credit/debit card swipe machine. Instead of getting an information from him, he got angry and started yelling/shouting which is our right to ask as a customer. Its totally unprofessional, rude and worst experienced i ever had.Prior to this, he actually promised that i will be receiving the machine 5 working days after giving the cheque payment. I gave all the documents including the cheque payment the same day but after 5 working days i got nothing, 10 working days still nothing and the worst is he is not responding my message nor attending my call. I thought i got scammed so i started calling there customer service. After multiple follow up finally they deliver my machine after a month.Its not a pleasant experienced at all. For those new and planning to have this machine, better to go to your respective local bank because they have good system, 24/7 support and some banks also giving the machine as free.

Very bad customer service. We applied since September. And paid for the credit card payment service on October. Until now they kept on delaying us. Everytime we ask them for update they always say next week and its now been 3months without clear answers. Try to stay away from this company of ure looking for credit card payment facility. I should have taken the other reviews into consideration before I paid them.

I had an one of worse and horrible experinces ever with Network International team , 8 month to finalize our Payment gateway , services delivery and their Client relationships Managers are way below expectationsThey dont apply compliances internally . We do Daily Business setup and company formation on UAE and i thought this could be only my experience and maybe my costumers are not facing the same challenges however I found out that it looks like its an general atmosphere in the company I highly dont recommend them for any start up Business in UAE

We signed up to use their service on our e-commerce website for online payment, paid bunch of money to activate it and waited for months. We followed up with them with dozens of emails, submitting, resubmitting the same documents to get back OUR money. Finally the issue was solved and now we are getting funds in time

I am appalled by Network Intl.s service! I have paid in full for a cash machine for my business over 4 months ago which I was promised Id receive in a week. And have been chasing them through every avenue since and have no response regarding why I have not yet received the service Ive paid for! They have a complete disregard for their customers, do not bother getting back to them after multiple follow ups and frankly should not be allowed to do business. They effectively take their customers money and disappear.
