Ignore the bad reviews. Staff here are super friendly & in general staff has always been helpful. Like any bank, if you choose to go during peak time, there will be a waiting que.

Customer Service is so bad , for them to reply you on your mail it needs ages , it had been more than 4 Months my account is not active waiting for them to call back or even to reply an email , Especially Algarhoud branch they should consider looking into this branch. So unprofessional Service

I transferred 100 Aed to jordan , and after 3 months of transferring they deduct 55.65 AED “As transfer charges “it does not make any sense to pay more than 50% of the amount as a charge !!!!and they didn’t mentioned this charges during the transaction process onlineat least write it so i will not proceed if i will pay more than 50%for sure i will close my account in this bank and i will not recommend it to anyone.

Very bad customer care service. No one picking the call

One of the worst customer services, slow and incompetent staff. After waiting for over 2 hours to get a liability letter I was told that the system is down so they cant issue it. A letter that I have waited for over 12 working days to get it. It was issued the 13th but no communication from the bank over email or SMS. Very bad communication between departments makes the process of some service requests impossible.If I could give 0 rank I would have done it.

Saif from auto loan department is the worst. Never deal with this person for your loans.

Worst Credit Card Ever..... first they said 0% installment plan once you call they will ask 2% is processing fees.. what the hell is that 2%???? you people just change the name from interest to processing fees.... Also my limit exceeds 3 dirhams and they charged AED 200 overlimit charges... Other banks cards are much much better than this...
