Bad experience with EIB credit card. Cancelled and asked for card cancellation confirmation, no replies to my emails twice. Worst customer service. There are many good banks other than this.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!REQUESTED FOR A CALLBACK FOR A CASE, THEY CALL YOU ONE RING IF YOU DONT ANSWER THEN KHALAS! THEY WILL SAY YOU DID NOT ANSWER! AND WHEN YOU FINALLY ANSWER THE CALL THEY WILL GO ON MUTE AND NOT SAY ANYTHING AS IF THERE IS NO ONE ON THE LINE!!! AND OBVIOUSLY YOU CANNOT CALL THEM BACK BECAUSE THE PHONE IS HANGED, YOULL GET BUSY TONE EVERYTIME! TRAIN YOUR REPS! MAKE STRICT IMPLEMENTATIONS! UNBELIEVABLE!!! HOW DO YOU EVEN CALL YOURSELVES BANKERS??? UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!!

Not even deserving one star with offered service felt like staff are the bosses and customers are beggars, I am wondering what happened EIB was highly recommended everyone but now no such fair services and staff are having attitude issue and not fully knowledgeable of how he should help or not even asking his line manager for advise, dont want to put staff name however total experience branch manager was not seeing

Poor customer service. Behaviour of staff like they are boss and customers are beggars..Faheem shaheen customer service has no ethics to talk with customers. .. Always busy on mobile... I waited half hour despite not even single person in a que.. And after half hour mr faheem behaved like he is from some investigation team and i am a criminal.. I was asking about mortgage clearance on vehicle... . His attitude like i am asking for charity... After that his assistant branch manager came, he was also even more unproffesional than him.. I request to senior management plz teach thsm atleast how to speak with customer..they are such an unproffesional staff.

My cheque deposit is still missing and not getting any help from call center/online or branch. we are helpless for many days just to get cash out for small penny. Very Sad..

Dont recommend at all . Had bad experience with credit card . I did not need a card actually and my main motive was to deal with a shariah compliant bank ... it’s terrible and will never come back again .. There are plenty of offers in the market give better features .

Worst bank I have ever dealt with.Charged me fees and told me even if it was their fault they still never give back fees once they take them out.I had to file a case against them with the Central Bank to get my funds back which was a headache.The CB told me they had tons of complaints on the same problem i had with them.Stay away from these guys.Really bad!!!!

Really bad services. There is no response to the phone service. In addition, you require a service that is not taken. Only after you ask for it more than once. Compared to their continuing to contact you in order to open new accounts
