The worst bank ever..both the branches in kasaragod district doesnot help their customers and doesnot respond to the mails sent to them. i do not think there is even 1 qualified person in that bank who will look out for customer service. even their representative office in uae is only concerned about new customers. they are least bothered about the existing customers. how will this bank grow and how did the indian govt gave them permission to take over other two banks where they have the least or - point in delivering customer service. govt should check the credibility of the bank before they allow such banks to operate.unbelievable.this bank should and will be closed soon. not worth a single penny to be in that bank.as soon as i reach india i will withdraw all my accounts from this bank and will advise any person reaching out to this bank to go for any other bank.

Online services are atrocious, the net banking hardly works properly, cant view statements sometimes, its extremely complex for an elderly person to learn and access net banking. Net banking services needs a lot of improvement.

Trying to reach them on their landline for 5 days Nobody picks call almost 20 calls still no one response

Worst service when compared to all other banks, the ceo of dubai he sent me the contact number of vivek and he is telling we cannot do anythng for housing loan and i asked him for the salary certificate attestation , he said we can do bt better do it from the embassy, if all the jobs we are doing by ourself wtz the use of having a representative office here. Worst service in all the service (dubai representaive office)

One of the worst bank. Customer support is zero. Customer support department is sleeping 24 hours. For NRI do not choose this bank. Worthless bank.
