One of the worst customer banking service provider.How can they call themselves so proudly that they are a nationalised bank? Their attitude towards us can be felt from the very beginning....you enter the office the receptionist starts with her attitude services....I should also say , there are few committed officers in there. I always wonder whether they have a head for Customer care services in India or other regional representative offices. If there is one he should be setting an example to his subordinates to give this kind of services to us..if he really want to change things atleast he should sit to analyse the feedbacks and reviews they have received....it is pathetic that we have to rely on such irresponsible bank.

Such irritating, time consuming, worst services by SBIAnd staff also arrogant.Really staff is useless and arrogant not at all helping.Nobody should open an account in SBI. If u do so, definitely wil face worst experience. Dont know who give them this job seriously 😒 getting nice salary without helping customers properly... better to choose other banks, they send their person at doorstep to collect your documents and their websites and online services also far better than this useless SBI they thinks NRI are always free to follow them.

04 353 7336 This is the telephone number of this office. No one pick the phone. There are 4 options in IVR . I tired all options , same experience . The call automatically disconnect after some time. Many days I called. Kindly close your office and go for some other job. You guys are sitting there to assist people not to eat public money. Mind it. Thanks

I called the Tel no and after going through the process of IVR an agent answered the phone immediately and was quite helpful. Since I needed more information she transferred me to the person concerned called Javed Ansari who was again very helpful.I have been a happy SBI customer right from the days I was banking in India also.

Tried to call them multiple times to get their ramdaan timing, but no one responded. The automated response said they are working till 17:30 but wanted to ensure if thats correct, but no one attended my call. Went there once around 15:30, and they have written outside the door that ramdaan timing is till 17.30. Wasted my time going there and i can see many reviews here stating they never attend the call. Wanted to open one NRE account, but seeing all the reviews, i opted SIB.

Very bad....Disappointing experience with the lady receptionist, i think she name ashwathy she is not giving proper answer to my question. One of the worst branch because of the staff specially the lady on the reception she’s thinking she is the one of CEO for SBI her horrible attitude like that no prepare responds from her. Mr. Ansari thinking Global SBI CEO and the receptionist thinking she is the CEO of gulf Branch.Very very very worst behavior especially this two person. My request kindly treat the people in good way and enough respect. We are your client you should treat us in good way, without public you will never be there just mind and take a action immediately. So many comment against to the two people but they still there, I don’t think executive taking any action or not. This is the reason SBI losing big customer and client.

Staff was not friendly, no one was on reception, the phone was ringing and it was auto disconnecting. Its a bit disappointing to see staff is not serving to their customers. The earlier I tried calling but no one answered and when I was there i called to check if someone will answer. Unfortunately no one was there. 4 staff was inside chatting to each other, all the big cabins was empty.

Visited office for opening accountReceptionist: if you have following documents (passport and copy, visa copy, Emirates ID copy, 1 photo, residential address proof) show and person will.provide additional application and you can proceed to inside for application signing and meet representative. If any documents printing or copying you can go down to AMER centre and do the same.Proceed to inside and filled the form.Representative: meeting the appropriate representative marked in application. application and documents verification, selecting the branch. Giving the instructions how to activate mobile number and online banking. Giving his official email address for any future help. Sharing thanksGreat service.😀

Seeing the reviews I was bit scared but after visiting the office I felt below comments are all wrong.I have seen that lady in the reception is so patient and calm in speaking, however people keep on asking same things again and again like address proof required or not even when she clearly tells the documents. And later the custumer blasting her when asked to move aside and asked to be seated as there was long queue formed. Without being affected by his harsh words she assisted and helped all politely. All humans shd be respected. So dnt judge by these below comments. The staff approach is far better than private banks.

Some of the reviews are negative but I would say that its not so. The staff are very helpful. Need to understand that being a rep office and so many people visiting everyday a customer may experience some delays, but they go out of the way to help you. All staff is very helpful.

One of the worst branch, specially the lady on the reception she behaves as if she is Miss World and the beauty queen with horrible attitude and no proper information. making people wait for long long time is one of the best quality of these people. at least the branch in India are little better than this one. please improve the quality of service or at least be be polite with your customers not to reflect your personal problem or angry at the customers.

Very bad service,I visited for online banking password reset-reception staff asked me for passport visa and photograph without that she is not ready to check my profile.i visited again with asked documents that time they don’t want any document. I do not about the others, but since the beginning of getting my NRI account, taking the time to answer my questions patiently and prompt service Mr. Javed assisted me perfectly. I do not doubt now using this bank for all my banking needs in India. If you need a NRI account, this is the place to go, and meet Javed. A gem of a person and will assist you in detail and perfectly. I did not even have a second of confusion. Excellent Service. Good experience @ Recently shifted brand new SBI branch (Office 110, Business Centre Building, Behind Mashreq Bank، Khalid Bin Waleed Road, Bur Dubai - Dubai). The Staff is really helpful polite and humble,In particular the officer Mr Javed Ansari is very friendly ,professional and knowledgeable in all the procedures related to NRI banking .All my problems related to conversion of resident saving account to NRO , KYC updating , Bank deposits , account opening were done easily . Please keep up this excellent service!!!
