Tellers and manager is very friendly. Unfortunately customer service department they dont know what the meaning of customer service.

The SME service shall be improved. The relationship managers are never available at the branch. The tellers are good.
Pathetic customer service and looting customers money!!! Would highly appreciate even if someone contact you back when you raise a complaint... I doubt Which irresponsible person is heading their so called complaint handling team!!! Kudos to your customer service for closing the complaint even without addressing the customers complaint... Hope some management sees this and train their employees... Will never ever suggest UAB to anyone !!
