Tellers and manager is very friendly. Unfortunately customer service department they dont know what the meaning of customer service.

I am not a UAB customer. But happened to visit this branch for transaction.Teller service and gesture were great. Parking and location is good.No token system yet and you have to wait in queue for your turn which reminded me time before 10 years.Not well impressed to buy their products in future.

The SME service shall be improved. The relationship managers are never available at the branch. The tellers are good.

Pathetic customer service and looting customers money!!! Would highly appreciate even if someone contact you back when you raise a complaint... I doubt Which irresponsible person is heading their so called complaint handling team!!! Kudos to your customer service for closing the complaint even without addressing the customers complaint... Hope some management sees this and train their employees... Will never ever suggest UAB to anyone !!
