It is an awful bankI have a credit card with very high amount since 6 years with them and they keep calling me everyday for new useless offers!!!!!and once when I am traveling they blocked it and sent me a message to call them from abroad in numbers which didn’t work?!and when I reach them and they said it will be removed in 6 hours?!!! I don’t know whyThey told me that can’t send a message or call me back to inform of reopening because it is the policy!!!!! Worst experience and I will close the card the minute I am back to dubai

One has to park far away and come back to this branch of the bank.Unfortunately there are very very very few atm branches of this bank in the whole UAE unlike other banks and i did not come across of any ATM or Branch in the whole of the Ajman and UAQ.the only good thing about this bank is that you have to pay other banks for each transactions of withdrawing money.

The branch is really small and waiting time is a lot. Parking is a big issue and also the customer service department is not that helpful.

I have 15 PDCs received as a part of some settlement. Since I will be travelling frequently and need not be present during the due dates of the cheque, I requested the branch to keep the cheques and present on the due date. They refused and also I tried through phone banking same answer. Most of UAE bank have such facility and they have some charges for this. I am unable to give the cheques to any other person to do this favor to me.

One of the worst bank. The service is very worst. Employees are rude. Sales executives are liars. They say too many lies to make you a SCB customer to achieve their monthly target. After that, not even picking your calls. I visited standard chartered sharjah office today. There is no rest rooms for customers. If you wanna come here, come with a diaper. Never open an account in this bank. They dont tell about hidden cost. I mistakenly transfered 4.43 dirhams from my credit card to debt card. Standard Chartered charged me 100 dirhams. Seriously? Totally disappointed with this bank.

Poor service from one Annie Alexander based in Dubai. She is an employee whose instructions from head office is to cheat customers. The entire organization works on scamming their high net worth clients. Be very careful in dealing with this bank

Slowly they have close down most of the ATM. Before there were one ATM at bank street, one was in km trading centre, one was at king fesal street near choitram. Now all three not exist. Only one counter is available at buhera corniche area, but most of the time shortage of money here...

Congested and limited facilities provided in this branch. Put one cash deposit machine and one ATM machine for Express banking..😜and insulting the customers 👎👎👎

The phone banking requesting clients to go to the branches , and the branch refuses to take the request and requesting me to call the phone banking because this is their job . Total mess.

This is one of the shittiest branch of standard chartered. The customer service lady is on her phone for 30 min and laughing her guts out. While people are waiting in cue to get served. Standard chartered should do something about it.
