Worst customer service ever. Takes forever so do not visit if you are busy and expecting a quick service. Sitting here for 1 hour and only 1 number progressed and 11 still to go. Horrible, I wonder if Manager even cares about the feedback, if you are busy then increase the staff.

Another BAD experience comes along with dubai islamic bank , nothing surprised.They are still same. Never change. They should feel shame to tell us they are best bank. So long to wait more than an hour even tho ur queue number is next one. They dont care. I saw ladies bank teller only sitting talking using mobile 🤷🏻‍♀️ seems not ready to work there . Do something for this , let customer shut up and go and they will not come ITS NOT LIKE THIS , IT WILL NEVER WORK

Would have rated it 0 if possible.The worst branch and bank possibly. Horrible customer service and rude bankers. The bank just bounces you between the branch and the call centre without any actual work getting done. They’ll repeatedly make mistakes and just apologise for the inconvenience. Don’t expect even the bare minimum here.

I am very much disappointed with one staff in EIB AlTawar branch his name is Ehab Mamdouh ,believe me he is very arrogant and unprofessional person I had ever seen in this entire world he is not attending me and busy with his mobile all the time and when I ask him about it he ask me to get lost , I wonder still he is working with EIB with this attitude

They made me wait for as long as i can remember while their personal banker left the seat.i am with my child and with my friend who is on business tour here in UAE, this is how they made an impression to tourist as well as with their loyal customers.They do not know the value of time!!!! WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!

It’s surprising to see all these reviews about the bank being one of the slowest bank in customer service, but still they do nothing about it.Their online support is splendid but branch service is a disaster and meant to waste customers time!

8th Jan 2020Absolutely pathetic customer advisors. Bank renovated recently but no use..... as a customer We need advisors who keeps very good mindset to resolve customers issues and not to avoid us with lame excuses or wrong information. I had very 2 bad experience in this branch which my issue never solved / provided wrong information but I switched two times other branch and got resolved from al barsha & dubai mall. Those advisors in other branch got very good mind set to understand and go maximum to resolve issues. Management should seriously consider to educate advisors in this branch and stop skipping token deliberately based on issues. I found silent fight among advisors and no smiles or not welcoming customers.No star rating and will avoid this branch to visit again.13th Jan 2020Today my problem resolved at Dubai Mall branch.They clearly understand my concerns and helped me to resolve the issue which Al Qusais branch advisors two times i went with different advisors and informed me that no way to resolve. How pathetic these guys.... Thank You Dubai Mall team for caring customersDelay is common in any branch as the process will take some time

If you dont believe all other reviews about the slow service, come and experience it yourself. Like Im doing now. More than one hour. Still waiting. And the funny thing is that there is no crowd at all. Went to apply for supplementary card, now gonna cancel primary card too. 😏

Absolutely pathetic customer service with incompetent staff giving excuses for your requests every time you visit the branch, in spite of them asking you for the visit. Happened to me thrice with this bank. Would highly recommend to bank anywhere but here.

Worst service ever...nobody knows the exact documentation required to open Minor Account and moreover try to discourage the customer to open Minor account by asking silly questions...when I gave them a feedback that your service is way below standards guy named Zesshan was not even bothered to say sorry and just said ...Ok Sir...never go to this branch or bank again

-> Once the bank had called me to submit a tax related form which was sent to me by email, it was a hilarious incident that when i went to submit it. The manager had asked me To whom should I give it 😄 😄 😄.-> Customers just sit and rot for their turns to be called. I myself experienced this, I sat for more than 2 hours to get my turn. I had also seen angry customers leaving since they sat for 2 hours or more.-> Unnecessarily deducting money from account, without stating what and why its been deducted.

I have been banking with Emirates islamic Bank for past 8 years. After i changed my Job, Emirates islamic bank process was too slow to recover my end of service from them even after approval was done and confirmation letter was given. It seems that Emirates Islamic bank staff and process are too slow to process any transactions or maybe low on staff and existing staff are overloaded

Staff are so slow even when they are not busy!There is no counter for general inquiries, and answers to inquiries are different between the employees, the customer service number and the bank’s website as there is no clear answer, there is no place designated for women !!
