I took loan from here because one of my friends was a sales man in here.Youll be treated better in Police Stations for Theft than a Customer with Loan(even without a single payment due) from Doha Bank.One start is for the front desk support. They are super nice and helpful.Tip: You are not suppose to save anything in their savings account. Save more, your account will be blocked 😆 . So save your life and find a real Bank to deal with your money.

Worst banking experience in Dubai. The customer is never called back for updates. They ask whats the use of Indian NRE account. It took 10 days to open an account in Dubai and no updates till now for an NRE account and its been 15 days..

I have salary account from 2015 as well as NRI account and found Doha Bank best in all terms... helpful staff.... customer care superb... withdrawal from any ATM all over UAE no charges even in NRI account. I am sure no other bank allow you such facilities.

Worst bank with worst customer service either be in UAE or in India... I always tried to convince myself that I should not blame the whole bank for certain people who reply or act irresponsibly, but every time i contact bank or their customer service, they proved to be the worst customer service and they never bothered to reply /address the customer concerns. For information,I was holding account with this bank for almost 8 years and I stuck with this bank for loan and ATM card which helped to draw from any bank without any charge, but now I moved to other bank by moving all my liabilities.
