Data security is maximum and back end systems are well integrated. First bank to introduce Finacle but most of the people are not aware of its popularity and flexibility.

Pathetic Service, Unprofessional Staff, Mr Mustafa and the Security guard making customer suffer by their un professional behaviour and un professional experience they will make you suffer to make print documents from typing center and even they will not tell all the requirements at one shot you have to go repeatedly to the typing centre to make copies for each documents, the branch manager has very great excuse when asked her atleast give us copy of document she told we are having 500 600 customers everyday we cannot print more pages for our customers, very bad experience.

If ever you want to visit National Bank of Umm Al Quwain you must visit this branch in Ras Al Khor Dubai. Because in Dubai everywhere parking issue but this place dont have parking problem a lot of parking but paid. and most important thing is staff (very Cooperative Staff) and you have to wait a little because of no rush. overall this is the best branch according to location staff and time.

We went to return the bank deposit which is belong to one worker of our company in City Center Ajman and the tiller was not ant all with good customer service he took one guy with out nnumber before us and then he request new printed license with new date and the licence copy we gave him it was the same one we are applying and giving in all government sections but i guess Umm Al Quwain bank is acting very professional which they are not !!!????

I had a loan to the bank and I asked them to adjust the interest compared to the competing banks. The bank refused and when I asked for a debt certificate, they gave me the principal of the loan, plus all the interest for two years, and when I complained to the central bank, no matter what, in general, I left the bank and closed my account after what I was a client for 7 years.
