Not good service, i just asked simple question to the teller at the bank when I do not know something and she replied with rudeness, not knowing how to treat customer with respect.Hope to see change next time.

Been a customer with NBO Dubai..they have helped in closing the account of my sister who also has an account..the process was smooth and the management was supportive

Worst Banking service available in Dubai. For one simple submission in account you have to wait for 2 to 3 hrs with waiting area outside the bank. The worst part was that there were hardly 5,6 customers before us even then the wait time was 2, 3 hrs.
