It is a very nice experience in this bank, while I am there, for opening of a corporate account. I didnt see any hassles for the same, whereas, most the banks in UAE have lots of requirements, procedure and demands. The time frame also known to be shorter than others.

Excellent service but SZR branch should update their timings, on website and on facade of the branch it’s written 8:00 am, but their working hours is from 8:30 am. Waited 30 mins outside to go inside.

This bank is unprofessional and recommend dont ever use their atm. They robbed me for 500 aed and know their atm didnt dispurse like it was supposed too. And knew from their cameras this was true. Im filing a police report today and reporting to my bank with my police report
