I commend Ms. Hoor for being such a genuine being and helpful towards all my requests when coming personally to the Greens Branch.She deliberately updated all my documents in the system along with my mobile, instead of asking me to go online to do it by myself (as many would have done). Moreover, she had called me half an hour after that in order to follow up everything was fine and settled.That was certainly the key point which made me write publicly about it now.Her unique ability to deal with a customer with such respect, charisma and professionalism certainly made a difference to my world and made me quite loyal to the institution once again.Her manager Mr. Mahdi (If Im not mistaken), also greeted me with great level of customer service and passed me to her.All I have got to say is:Well Done and excellent team work!Cordially.BTS.

The WORST customer service I have ever got in Dubai. Sales agent Kamlesh who pushed me a credit card and call center representatives that I were in touch were horrible at problem solving.Two months ago I got their signature X card after while I was looking for totally different product from another bank, sales agent Kamlesh got my number from one of his coworkers and started pushing me Standard Chartered credit card providing totally wrong information after all.1. The credit card that he informed me to be free for lifetime ended up being chargeable for every year.2. He promised that I will definitely get credit limit of 4 times of my salary. However, when I got it wasn’t even 1,5 time of my salary. He knew this while the process but didn’t informed the client on fear of loosing the chance of sale.3. Lastly, he mentioned that my first due date will come after 50-52 days of my first transaction as he said it’s as a welcome offer for new clients. However after just 30 days my due date came and I didn’t get sms reminder about it and now after promised 52 days I already have 1200 various charges as a late payment penalties.Just horrible service, after escalating my concerns to their respective departments to be solved, I got an answer that it was my fault skipping my first payment ( after 30 days) and not making sure about trueness of informations that I got from Kamlesh. Customer care representatives pathetically informed that It’s normal to provide such information (“promises”) while offering a card. Ridiculously if anything goes against their promises will be clients responsibility.Due to my experience in Sales jobs, I have to say Multi billionaire companies should always take responsibility for any wrongdoing of their staff since it’s their staff, they trained them to do the job and after all those staff represent these High profiled companies.For now Big Shame on Standard Chartered as they couldn’t hear client’s concerns and solve it proper manner.

No customer service at all - had gone to open an account, didn’t even get proper details and requirements so decided to drop the plan. No one checked / called again to follow up. Their website mentions different details for bank rate of interest vs the actual confirmed by their employee - which makes customers lose trust.

Very poor customer service, I was attended by a lady who couldn’t care less, no greeting for a start, then she was more interested in her emails than listening to me, I would ask questions and she wouldn’t even bat an eye, uncomfortable to say at least... was rude in her way to speak to a customer, specially a new customer like me.Some of the information she was giving me was false and it didn’t make sense.It looked like she was doing me a huge favor just to answer a couple of questions.I was going to open an account with Standard Chartered but I was so baffled with the experience that I just quit, I’m going to take my money somewhere else. This lady should not be doing this job, she is not customer service oriented and she lacks knowledge over the products and overall financial system.

Probably the Worst bank in UAE.No any benefits. No any customer support.As I understand they have just two branches in Dubai. And they don’t focus anymore on consumers.They are just maintaining for Some corporate accounts that’s coming from their overseas.Also there is hardly any people. Garhoud one whole building has closed down.Stay away from this bank. Use local banks.

Very bad experience. After talking to SC Online they told me I had to go to the branch to request a Direct Debit. I went there and they said something completely different - I had to insist TWICE. Finally they acknowledged and it took them more than one hour to do something that is a matter of a few minutes. Shame.

Long waiting time due to inadequate and slow staff and more importantly due to the bank management not willing to change this situation. My experience with this branch has always been a disaster for the last 10 years and I can see that I am not the only one. SCB management are simply not willing to improve it.

The worst ever banks.Unprofessional, incompetent untruthful, disqualified and lier staff. I closed my car loan and after 12 days they are not able to release my mortgage. They claim that Abu Dhabi police has problem with their portal, I visited Abu Dhabi police and found a lot of clients releasing their mortgaged car. The bank is not telling the truth.Over 12 days they promise to release my car within 1 working day but it does not happen.I emailed the bank CEO without any acknowledge of receiving the email and without any feed back.The worst banking experience in my life.

This is the worst bank ever. They are charging for credit card which gas never been issue to me. Once I wanted to check whats the reason behind charges there is no access to credit card history. Bank staff is completely lazy and incompetent. Answers provided by bank its always copy/paste information „please contact bank bla bla bla”. If you ever start to think to do anything with this bank please take cold shower !

Extremely poor customer service. The staff accepted my credit card application form, and a month later, the form is still sit well with the same staff.
