Hello there. I tried looking for your contact number but there is non. Please advise if there is a way to change a torn note that was torn by my nephew into two pieces.Lately, every single bank I have tried to have it exchanged have told me that I have to go to the central bank but there is no way to contact them.is there a way to contact you guys???

I made complain which was supposed to be traited in ten working days... it is actually seven weeks ago and still nothing happen!!!! I keep calling every week and peoples keep telling me that the manager will call me back as soon as possible but still, NOTHING!!!It is definitely really bad customer services!

Equivalent to RBI in India. Lot of security. Difficult to get in unless u know someone. If u are interested in collectors coins esp. for precious metals visit this place.

One of the purposes of Central Bank world wide is to be the governing financial body of all banks operating in the country, and to be the fair judge when it comes to issues between consumers/customers and greedy banks. Unfortunately I personally couldn’t feel that.I submitted an official complaint against one of the local banks operating in the UAE and to solve a dispute. The complaint was submitted online, 4 days later the complained was logged with a reference number and a toll free number for a follow up.It’s now over a week since the complain was lodged, despite my 100 phone calls to follow up no body picks up the line and if they did, they immediately hang up.If the help line is not accepting calls then it should be shut down, or at least make it automated and customers can follow up online with the complain reference numbers.Needless to say, their website is outdated and doesn’t have the up to date regulation.

The Central bank is willing to listen and very helpful. The Central bank portal is an excellent means to communicate to the bank as a customer where they won’t pay heed to your problems sometimes, the Central bank helps you to get a confirmed response as occasionally banks shirk the customer between the call centre agents, collection department and the branch managers with no proper reply or action. I’ve used the portal twice for my bank issues and never encountered difficulty in registering or illustrating the situation. Besides you can also mention what do you want the bank to support you with. I’m truly grateful to Central bank for escalating my conditions and making sure the bank understands of what I’m struggling with all integrity. They also give you a call to update you on the status of your complaint. Thank you again for all your hard work.

I visited the bank, and unfortunately, I did not get any cooperation regarding my two subjects, very bad services in the bank and delaying transactions. I wish the officials to improve customer service.

I hope that the request for new paper currencies will be made through online to facilitate the subject. The customer will submit the application number and receive, thank you, instead of the waiting lines and the people who come to mediate and give it.
