Good exchange rates here ( UAE Dirham to Kuwaiti Dinar) . Service counters mend by locals, but that wont be a problem. Their English is very well spoken. Quick visit assured. Tip : wear decent when you enter an arabic premise.

26th may tuesday,in online shows the bank is open.but once i reached there it was close.it was really bad experience that i had with NBK dubai.wast of my time.
