Should restart the branch at Executive Towers, Business Bay and also place more ATMs/CDMs in Business Bay like in Manara Tower, Executive Towers or IRIS Tower, its traumatic to walk in summertime.

I went in to cancel a managers check written to the US consulate and put back into my account. Sounds simple right? I interrupted the teller while she was socializing and having a blast behind the desk. She simply saw the check in my hand and told me to deposit it into the ATM. I told her No it needs to cancelled. She insisted I put it in the ATM. She was Wrong! I got a call today saying they have to mail it back so it can be cancelled correctly. This online banking, ATM and app is another excuse for staff to direct us to it instead of actually working. It’s a shame. She didn’t even look at the check properly!

They never never never pick up the phone! I had a very very urgent requested and I am based outside the UAE and was not able to solve it. Terrible customer service.

Worst customer serviceThis a review about the whole Emirates NBD company, not only on this specific branch. I went there to open a business bank account which is advertised on their website. This was the fourth branch I visited. There were not only claiming that they couldn’t open that specific business account for me, but they were not even helping me to find out in which branch they provide this service, or finding other solutions. Furthermore they treated me and my business partner like we weren’t welcome or valuable (our business is still small, but it doesn’t mean we don’t deserve respect). I am beyond disappointed by this attitude and lack of collaboration and respect.

Worst experience in from all over NBD branches ever.They mislead, they give wrong information and they do everything not to serve you at all, a lot of objections and information regarding to company policy, which is like unicorns. Every employee talks about it, and none of clients have seen these policies written as they don’t show. You are doing everything to make a bad impression for tourist investors not to come to invest to Dubai.

Terrible!!!! 20 days they can not reactivate one card! They have all documents, I went 2 times to the bank to check and called 20 times and over 100 minutes on the phone to resolve nothing! EVA extremely useless virtual JOKE! They are telling me they will cal me, that I will receive emails, but nothing! day after day after day!Dubai is full of terrible customer service and complete teletubbies employees that are brain washed with no sense for logic or knowledge! NBD is the same! Shame on you!

I have been a customer with this Bank for over 5 years. Im an average customer of the bank but always get great response from the staff at any branch I go . but business bay bay square Branch is Worse branch of Emirates nbd ever .. they dont know how to deal with customers . Was met by a condescending lady at the entrance, who didn’t even let me complete my query.

Had a good experience when I opened my account, but had a bad one when I went to clarify some information. I got contradictory info regarding obtaining a debit card from my email and the bank representative I met earlier. Was met by a condescending lady at the entrance, who didn’t even let me complete my query. Left with the answer (I think), but also second thoughts regarding the bank.
