Felicity the RM Relationship Manager was excellent to deal with at the Commercial Bank of Dubai (Mankhool branch) and provided exceptional assistance with establishing banking requirements in Dubai. Highly recommend.

I purchased an edhirham gold card from CBD. And i called for customer care services for assistance but couldnt connect them .Then i went to the cbd branch (al fahidi)unfortunatly the bank was clossed before 5 minute. And i called the security but he is not reply me and behave very badly. He is not ready to say atleast the bank is clossed.I didnt see a security like him ever.

I have been there a few times already and the staff has always been really helpful and friendly. They even come to talk to you if there is a little line (no more than 4-5 people) to try to help if they can.And although it is in a busy area and I always go to lunch time, I never have to queue for more than 10 minutes. Half of the times I did not have to wait at all. I must say I am really happy with services of this bank after having such awful experiences with my previous bank.

The most pathetic customer service i have ever faced. Sitting in branch for an hour and no one bothers to ask. The staff is ignorant and jist walking here and there. The behaviour of the staff is like illeterated street guys.
