Every unfortunate to say, Axis banking service is getting worst and worst. No Professionalism, I planned to close my Account. No more choice. Nobody answer call. I am very upset. There was a time i would appreciate the bank name and referred my friends too. Now i starting hating the bank name because of service degradation.

I had a very bad experience with Axis Bank representative. I wanted to open an NRI account. I had some old Axis bank account because of which I went through harassment. Apart from asking endless documents , the executive was only worried about taking the initial amount. Even though he wasnt sure of anything still he was just asking for money all the time and after paying the money, he couldnt process anything. Keep going Axis bank.

One of the worst experience of banking I have ever experienced . Every time the customer support guys say either they dont know or they can not take request online, and for every single change need in the account , need to visit the home branch. My loan account is not linked with my account irrespective of submitting the request multiple times. They dont have a courtesy to inform its customers about application outage issues. Really disappointed with the Axis Bank.ALL AXIS BANK CAN DO IS SPEND ON MARKETING ITS BRAND RATHER THAN IMPROVING SERVICES TO ITS CUSTOMER.

No professional, Banking does not suits to AXIS BANK. I placed ATM card replacement request twice in April/May non of which received to me but delivered to some unauthorized personal, when I ask who this person you delivered my ATM they name some who is not me nor I authorised to him. Moreover the new issued cards are active when I chk internet Banking, a serious breach of security.My communication address is of UAE, and the card delivery rouming in home town, finally dumping to some address and declaring the status as delivered.After all this I finally moved my funds to different bank and proceeding with account closer.I Never recommend any one to axis bank

Poor customer service and operation. My account was debit freeze because of PAN details was not updated. I updated PAN card details 3 times but nothing has resolved from their side for more than 9 days.It was a worst banking experience I ever have. Worst banking operation ever.
