Since 3 years Im using south Indian bank sincerely Im very happy with their service mobile is app is very secure to use and easy tooBranch manager is in touch with me Hes a nice personIf any issue easily i get solution from representative of south Indian bank.

I have called almost all banks Canara federal HDFC icici most of them not even willing to give proper info or not even polite in the way of talking to customers few dont even attend calls but I had a very good service experience with sib and they assisted me in a very good way to open an NRI account thanks.

Very bad service before activating account, no one is reposnding properly.No clear details about account features..Cutomer care is not supportive at all.

Most 5 star reviews given by SIB staff...Opposite the road you will find Federal Bank in Musalla Tower. SIB net banking, mobile banking platforms are not at all synchronised. Block of accounts is very very common..Federal Bank is much better choice for banking.

Waiting 8 months to change registered mobile number. Still not done. Worst support and no response for emails at least. I dont have any option to post with out start rating so i am giving 1 star. I dont suggest my fellow buddies to take open account in SIB. Try to improve customer happiness.
