UAE is outstanding for it banking system but this bank totally failed it. They have auch a poor service. Be Aware their ATM machines in SZR branch are all faulty. It captures your card and they say go to your bank and get a new one. Basically their machines are faulty but they won’t put “out of service” sign on them. FYI. Avoid this branch as much as you can !

Management should make an effort to ameliorate the customer service .....

Omg! The ATM machines are faulty! It took my card without notice, the manager said it happens sometimes & go to your bank to apply a nsw one !!!!!!!! Avoid this branch ATM !
