Poor customer service, even poorer customer follow up.Once your account is opened with them, they do not care about you. Tried to ask the staff member (Aziz) questions and he just ignored me, could not assist with anything after the account was opened. He messaged to confirm my email and then still typed it wrong in the system and when I asked him about it he either ignored me or made his mistake MY problem.Absolute worse customer service!
Yeah Ive encash my cheque, but that teller was rude. Shes not nice at all. Its like she doesnt like her job. 😒 I so felt uncomfortable while having a transaction with her. The security guard was better. 👍
I have been a customer with this Bank for over 5 years. Im an average customer of the bank but always get great response from the staff at any branch I go. I have only good things to say about this bank. They truly are there when you need them.
Customer service desk start at 8 30 am. Bank Open from 8am to 2pm.
Disappointing!i have visited in 24th of april in NBD karama branch and submitted salary account opening form but still under process...what happened? emirates nbd taken almost 11 days to open 1 account and still under process? really? and today waiting almost 01.15 min for listening only few words Your Account opening under process why?

On Google there are write 24 hour open.I go at 9 pm.. Bank is close . first experience is very bad.
Less crowded branch..No parking is available nearby since medical fitness center started street is crowded.
