I would recommend not to use this bank, lack of banks in dubai and deposits machines are not working and the tellers are rude when you complain about it. The manager however is very quick in resolving issues. But I wont go for this bank if you want something done urgently.

The worst banking experienceFirst of all they didnt update their ramadan timings’ it said 8am yet they only opened at 9pm.Customer service Bassan Marwan is the worst of them all. I called customer service before l came to the bank and they told me l can only get the iban certificate from bank and when l came this guy Marwan told me its impossible, such a rude and full of pride guy. Well yu just lost a customer l just closed my account. When yu come to our offices you will be practically begging us to open accounts then when we do you start treating us like your toysIm very disappointed and l have closed the account and will not be banking with NBF anymore. There are a lot of banks here in Dubai

Very bad experience with few staffs to attend. Always have to wait for hours to get simple stuffs done. Lack of staffs is the problem. Very poor service and banking experience

Average service like any other local banks, although I cant find much of their ATMs you can withdraw money form almost all ATMs that has MEPS logo. It is good to have a variety of local banks, as we can scout for best rates for our transactions.

21 / 05/05 about 5.30pm i faced a bad manner apart your securityHe doesnt knows the rules of depositing and customer services. He supporting his Friend who brought more chqs and cash and he was taking more than 45 minutes to complete his whole transactions. In between that so many customers comes and really fedup and returned. I am also return and deposit on my other account in RAK Bank.I dont want to insulting him.But please tell him to give more important to others time instead of relationship and money💰Please limit the transactions of one person up-to 2 or 3 at a time.Thank you

Very bad experience, time waste and entirely wrong information!I went there to open an additional personal bank account. The representative sitting at the left most counter of personal banking section behaves like he does not want anyone to open an account there! He tells me why dont I open the account else where!! Seriously?!?Also gave me a wrong information that even if I have more than minimum balance in the account i still need to pay 25 AED per month just for account maintenance!?! I contacted NBF toll free number and confirmed there is no such additional charge for account maintenance like the guy sitting in this branch told without any reason.I took a break from work and came all the way to this bank to be disappointed, misinformed and waste my precious time.
