Good experience with emirates islamic bank for taking credit card. But not happy with the credit card delivery option. Because aramex is delivering till 6 pm only after that we should collect the shipment from their office. Please consider costomers convenient timing and chose the delivery option or company to deliver to the customer on his convenient time

Very bad stuff starting from the customer service to the brand manager assistant ( the lady) , they are not friendly, they don’t help you , plus the waiting time is VERY long , the stuff shown attitude to the customers especially branch assistant , will never visit the branch again and i will share this over social media.

Bad dealings with the customer and the exchange of a purchase card without the customer’s permission, and the customer’s inability to even cancel the purchase card

Please increase the automated teller machines in Al Mizhar market due to the crowded place often and the machine malfunctioning most of the time

One of the worst banks in the country, the central bank must send a hidden client to see how bad the service is and the fictional fees the bank takes from customers
