Its was clear the bank management isnt interested in the customers comments So they dont bother themselves to reply, by the way, I had the worst experience with those employee who is sitting in the front line (most of them are ladies ) just they are sitting enjoy with mobiles and they talking to each other loudly, and we as the consumers sitting to begging them to process our documents, they are away from Highness Shaikh Mohammad vision.

I am currently living in one of the apartments owned by Emirates Development Bank and its been 9 days today no electricity and water. The lessor company that they work with have put my tawtheeq on a different owner. Im not getting my basic needs as a human. I would appreciate someones help on this matter.

Transaction 👎 their long procedures for final approval. And clearing the procedures is better for you. You go to lunch and ask them again.. Because the answer to the phone I forget at all, and the day the branch arrives, I get them, the employees are sitting, and they do nothing.. I received the approval sheet with a typo error and came back to them.. They told me to wait, we would send it to Abu Dhabi for modification and wait a day or two.. Im sad and my work is beautiful, I swear by God, my brother, what should I do with my own hands or with the directors hands Haha.. I hope they learn from other banks
