The worst costumer service in the world. To busy, not respectful, no social destining, no organization and even if you take number your turn will never come. Arrived to a relatively empty branch without relatively few customers. However waiting time for me to be served is 30 min. And I was the only customer in the customer service queue for Premier banking. Not served any water or drinks but just hanged out to dry on one corner. Other customers that came later got served first bypassing me, which was weird. Only upon enquiry, that they bothered to quit talking among themselves to get someone to serve me. I applaud the bank for such bravery in treating their customers. I strongly suggest renaming your bank if you do not value Asian customers and Asian market. Draw the line now and stop paying lip service!

The bank is super slow , the employees are not willing to work , shortage of staff , a transaction which is supposed to take 48 hours takes 1 week with them , they blocked my card just because they wanted to verify my employer name , I dont recommend this bank at all

I will give a 4 stars to this branch after visiting 4 times to fix some problems with my account.Before visiting this branch I read lots of comments from Google and there were lots of ppl having not a good experience in here, so I didnt have any hope and ready to wait for hours and hours.But after these 4 times visit, almost every time I had been waiting not more than 15 mins after Ive got the token, and the staffs were very friendly and helpful, they helped me fixing everything and explained very clearly for me.So 4 stars for sure.

The number listed is not for the branch, it is for a call center which I believe is not even in the UAE. The person at the call center coughs allot and sounds very ill, she is struggling.. The call center cannot help me because it is a Saturday and cannot tell me if the branch can assist me and I cannot get a number to ask the branch if they can assist me if I drive all the way there. There is no logic in this

Despite claiming at 3pm HSBC has been super fast with my banking and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I haven’t had any problems with them so far. If you are going to the bank, take note that the parking in front is RTA parking, very hard to see the few signs. I luckily made it out just as the ticket man arrived.

It is literally the best service Ive ever had in an HSBC bank (together with the branch in Financial center area). If you come just before closing time you wont wait much before your turn comes. Location is next to Safa park. You need a car to get there. Security guards are so friendly - they even opened the backside door for people that just made it at 3pm so they could also get their job in bank done.

Very bad experience, branch was working at half capacity and customer service employees didn’t care less, they were just sitting and taking their full time doing nothing while the waiting area was super crowded until the receptionist had to go to one of them and ask him to click next customer on his system. I am not pleased with their level of customer service at all.

I have never experienced such a bad service from a branch as I did repeatedly at HSBC JUMEIRAH branch. Long waiting time, poor customer service and solution to the request is the only few things to describe unpleasant experience. The contact person on top of that gave me a wrong contact number to follow up my issue - how convenient! Such attitude towards the customers want me to change the bank, yet I believe it is a problem of the team not bank itself. No one is interested to help you and it feels they are doing a favor!!!

Branch experience was excellent but my complaint is for overall customer service, specially their pathetic Helpline that never able to help you.One of the worst customer service I have faced in my life. Despite charging exorbitant fee on transactions, HSBC failed to provide a decent, respectable customer service.I have been trying to get a new Secure Key Device and since morning. I managed to get new one by visiting the Jumeirah Branch without a hassle. In the morning, helpline had a technical issue and was unable to process the request. Now, once I got it by visiting the branch, helpline has another technical issue just to ensure that I should not be served at all. Their list of technical issues is so frustrating and nerve-wrecking that I wonder why should I continue funding this bank who has no service to offer in return.In year 2019, it seems that HSBC is still running business on 1919 infrastructure. Pathetic.

The waiting time at the Jumeirah Branch is just too long even for a so called Premier customer. I gave up in the end and went to the customer service centre at the MoE. The wait time there was just 15 minutes rather than 1 hour. However, in both places I saw staff fiddling around on their laptops; presumably attending to some vital banking business deemed more important than attending to customers. Hey guys its a customer service centre ..why are you doing something else?

First of all HSBC need to fix its Google map location. I had to go round and round following the map but still it didnt land me at the branch. Finally I had to park away from the branch and walk towards it for like a mile and half or so.Secondly, HSBC needs to increase their staff in the branch as the customer service is extremely slow.Thirdly, they need to get rid of their token system which is extremely discriminating and who knows how its issuing the token and at what priority customers are being serviced. As I watched multiple customers came after me and being serviced first.Conclusion!!!Needs significant improvement.

Very bad exprience.I visited here to update my information(residensial address) and one of the staffs told me to bring some documents like rental contract.It was pretty doubtfull because I never face to any procedure like this in UAE at all.Ended up, It found out the staff got wrong with my nationality even though she checked my UAE ID and my nationality was obiouslely written.It made me take a day off and come back again.So no professional!In addtion, I felt another staff dealt with me had such a bad attitude which made me feel like a student.I would not ever recommand HSBC to anybody.

The worst bank I have ever seen in all my life, they are immediately available if you want to open an account, but disappear when you have any problem, had to close my account after 1 year, go to local banks they are much better. I hope this comment will save you time and energy and make you take the good decision, because wasting your time going each time to HSBC to solve small problems when you need to be in office working.

If you are looking to make a credit card with this bank. Here is my advice. A well known bank like HSBC shouldn’t block an Advance customer credit card with a clear credit history by only dropping a mail and not even calling him just because my data was outdated. Imagine how embarrassing it is that am in a Business dinner and using my credit card to find it blocked with no prior notification from my bank. How come such a thing takes place without having a word with your customer. Am really frustrated from such an act.

Be very mindful when using this branch (which, sadly, is representative of HSBC in the UAE generally). Even as a Premier customer, you can expect to wait upwards of 90 minutes at its busiest time (which is any time that is not first thing in the morning). Customer service booths remain empty or populated with staff seemingly doing nothing.Be absolutely clear with the Customer Services Rep what it is you want to achieve. Staff are borderline negligent and will happily blame you for their failings. Others are extremely rude.If you are a HSBC customer by virtue of being a HSBC customer elsewhere in the world, then you must grin and bear it. If you have the option to bank with a local UAE bank, then I recommend that you switch bank.This is not like HSBC in Europe or Asia. They are a separate entity, and it shows. The values and service levels of HSBC in other parts of the world are not apparent at all.

You will get the worst banking service in this Branch as the staff are not professional at all and their solutions always wrong, i got an issue to retrieve a cashback credit card online application and when 8 called the call center they told me that i need to visit any branch so as we dont have HSBC branch in Al Ain i came to Dubai Jumairah Branch which is the nearest branch to my work. I visited this branch 2 time to solve this issue and i got two solution from two different staff and nothing work or fixed i dont know how HSBC have the online services if thier staff dont know how to fix any online issue??Also the waiting time is too bad.

I am an HSBC Premier customer for 15 years and in 3 countries. Every year their service is getting worse. I would recommend all expats to stay away from them. Literally every transaction I did with them has been a hustle. In particular avoid their offshore call center, who is not up to the simplest task.

With respect, I find that most of these comments are not true as per my expeirience today.I went to this branch and service was excelent compared to other banks in dubai and other regions i have been. Only issue was it was difficult to find a taxi near to that area.HSBC was the most flexible bank for me after wandering through many banks to find an answer to my personal needs. Worst service I have ever received! Almost ended up losing the flat I had a deposit on because this branch lost all my paper work! Then sent me to the Jebel Ali branch which was out of my way and had to restart the whole process!!I am now in the process of opening an emirates NBD account so I dont have to put up with this terrible service ever again! Shameful service! DO NOT BANK WITH HSBCI have been stuck with the same wealth relationship manager Varun Sharma who is the most useless employee I have ever had to work with. I have requested from the bank multiple times to assign me to a different manager, but to no avail.I have also written a detailed complaint to the bank with examples and evidence of his dismal behavior and work, but have not gotten any response.I have had to go to the bank personally to speak to him since he has not returned a single one of my calls or emails in the past year.ENBD is the way to go.
