Extremely poor service. The bank should revisit their tag line and change it from ‘The better way to bank’ to ‘The worst way to bank’. Total disregard for their customers time and most staff does not seem to know what they are doing. I would warn everyone away from banking with them. Something as simple as updating your contact details with the bank is an uphill task requiring multiple personal bank visits

I am waiting from 2 hours for my turn for opening an account and maybe it will take 1 more hour , my complaint is bank do not have any drinking water dispenser or bottled water availability . when I ask water to the Officeboy he told me that I have to go backside of the bank from outside as back door is locked . This is very sad to know , this bank unable to provide a cup of drinking water inside the bank 😔 in last 2 years DIB closed 2 branches in al Qusais . everyone need is good service otherwise will close more pl update your service

A year ago comment 1 star, not surprised to see still 1 star. Feel waste to give even 1 star!! Worst customer service. Security or whatever saw me in abaya, approached me so bad. He could tell me i can go johara next door. He didnt. Yelled at me even no eye contact.No customer service there. CLOSED!If u have a problem, thats ur own business mind haha .... idk how this bank still survive and run the business. Hope people realize and change to other bank to deserve better service smh

They made some progress. Last time I came, waited for 2 hrs. This time, the waiting time increased to 3 hours. There is huge waiting queue. Just document update takes 3 hrs. Their call centre cannot give information about my loan dues and asked me to visit branch. With this much waiting time, they should empower their call center to handle these small requests.

Horrible banking ever except its manager. There are 3 counters for customer service and takes at least 1 hr to process each one and so the waiting period goes. 2.5 hrs to take our turn. RIDICULOUS.. My auto loan service was another nightmare, no wonder survival of this bank is well seen from their service quality..

I think we all have a beautiful place in our mind. I have a wonderful place that made me happy a lot of times, years ago. But sometimes I think that I am the only person who likes this place and Im asking myself if this place will be as beautiful as I thought when I will go back to visit it again

Good thing is that branch is open till 8pm to facilitate customers but the big problem is that only 1 counter to handle 7 to 8 people. Making the waiting too long and wastage of important time. Maybe Management should increase the staff to handle tokens. In that way it will be more efficient and time saving. Furthermore, I have visited the branch more than 4 times and still my issue isn’t resolved. Unfortunately, had accident and Car was total loss. One month passed they supposed to pay difference and discount but I never received. I cannot come from all the time from JLT to check this! No update nothing at all since more than a month.

You will need to book your day off if you plan on visiting DIS. My wait has never been under 30 minutes in any of their branches. I am glad My account is finally getting closed with them.

I do not advise anyone who wants to finish their banking transaction to go to the bank.. Traffic - I am going to see a certificate of indebtedness and take a token and an atria in order to get to the counter, sitting an hour until my turn, they told me that a manager is present (there must be an audit of transactions before I take a token) What is a counter for people of determination 👏🏼👎🏼
