Opened my account and was told before that only 1 Lakh Rs has to be maintained. I have been getting charges every month. The staffs are just not knowledgeable and not getting proper response from Customer service support.
Wish there were no star rating. Have been trying to call their office number and toll free for the past 5 days. The most horrible customer service in Dubai for a representative branch.They need to hire better and responsible staff. Absolutely useless representation of ICICI.

Have been trying to call for last 30 minutes but all executive are busy, then they ask to call a toll free number which is saying the country code is incorrect. Seems the bank isnt interested in services

Very bad experience of banking with ICICI bank. There is no customer support. Not responsible person. Its like typical indian government bank.. just formalities happening but no professional work .. very very disappointing..

Very poor service. initially i thought telephone there is having some problem. so tried after a while. it rang and stopped. Again i called and it went to automated answering system., asked me to press a few buttons. but nothing happened. And a while after my call dropped automatically. why dont icici bank close this useless rep off or appoint someone who is interested in customer service.
Pathetic. They dont apparently even have a way to print a document, needed by them, for THEIR reference. In a day and age where we are going digital, apparently, proof of ID e-copy is a Nay, but a print out is an AYE . Wowww.

Worst experience with the staff here. Extremely irresponsible and casual approach from ICICI bank burjuman branch staff member. Since last two months my account is not activated and staff member is least bother to even reply or pick the call. This was not expected from bank like ICICI. Staff approach Seems like unprofessional road side shop.

Nobody answers the call and nobody responds to the email. It is just spoiling the name of ICICI Bank. They need to understand to handle NRI Customers in 2019. Nobody has time to leave work and go to the bank to inquire basic things. At the same time, ICICI customer service (Chat and Phone) is pathetic. They do not give any clear answers. Visited the Bank for my KYC update . The receptionist/Customer Agent told me to wait. Within few minutes , a young lady came from inside and enquired about the visit. She took my application and within minutes she came back and informed the missing documents . Went back again after getting the required documents and Photo. The receptionist/Customer Agent filled the required information. The job is done. Spent very less time and the Service is great.Some reviews.1) This is only a representative Office not a branch. Only a Branch can stamp on your documents.2) I took a Home Loan with another Bank and it took 3 months . I believe this is the normal Duration in India - Home Loans.I wish they extend the working hours.
Extremely poor service. they dont take up the phone ever, dont call back basis voicemail and there r only 2 customer service counters to manage the operations. each one takes 1 hour for one customer. pathetic to say the least!

My debit card was cloned and money withdrawn from my bank. I reported the theft and was assured that the account has been blocked. However, even after I reported, more money was illegally withdrawn from my bank through another illegitimate transaction. No hearing. Was just left to cry. Seems like this is common practice. I suspect bank collusion.

I went there recently to do a re-kyc on my nre account and to discuss on my loan issue. I had called them the previous day to confirm what documents I need to bring, went there and completed the whole thing in less than ten minutes. They were very helpful and quick. The process itself takes 10 daysIt’s a small office located on the 4th floor of the business Centre building right next to burjuman metro. There is decent (RTA) parking behind the building.
This is the worse service I have ever seen! Such a huge customer owning bank doesn’t give importance for customer relationship , just try to call the number whichever mentioned or drop a email and feel the service poor service
Whenever you call, NOBODY picks up the phone. Either they should have somebody dedicated to attend the calls OR they should close down the office. I am clicking on one star as otherwise I cant post the message.

It took them 2 mths to disburse the loan. Builder charged me heavy interest because of this. Tried calling seeral time; after going through the hoop of options and kept on hold, a recorded message says there is no one available to take your call...looks like the bank doesnt care for business or is too mired in financial mess!
