Good Bank, inside bank 4 ATM, in that 4, 2 nos cash deposit machine too. All is working fine

Mr Essa the manager customer service is excellent, i went to his office i saw he was attending other errand but when i entered his office he listened to my concern and complain and took immediate action. We hope that all other staff specially those reporting to him have the same attitude professionally. No doubt he became a manager 101% customer service👌👍.

Terrible customer service. They’re on their phones while customers are waiting.I spend 1 and half hours till they finish two customers before me.

Very bad customer service of this bank. They think like only they are doing their jobs. They should know we take time out and come for the bank issues. I reach bank on time at 1:15pm still they did not issued my ticket. I never recomend this band to anyone. They dont care about their customers.
