Worst bank to do business banking with!!! No efficiency or punctuality; whether regards to services or staff, all the same. It took more than a week for Cheque book processing in-spite of having account with them for several years! Delay in these simple services puts customers business at stake! Usually fund transfer takes 24hours for processing but in ADIB you just don’t know when it’s going to happen! It can take a day, a week, a year or never!

We have visited 4 ADIB branch so far to try and open an account. 2 of the branches had a problem with their system, 1 branch had a bunch of lazy person for their staff and 1 branch was the worst banking establishment i have ever been on.WILL NOT RECOMMEND ADIB OR ANY OF THEIR BRANCHES EVER.

الخدمة تعبانةكان اليوم عندي معاملة اني اريد افتح حساب بالبنك ووصلت الساعة ١٢ ولما وصلت الكاونتر ٨ الساعة ١٢ ونصعشان افتح الحساب بالكاونتر نفسهبس خبرني الموظف الاخ ع.عان ماعندهم فورم وتم ساعة كاملة يحاول يسوي الحساب عم طريق الابليكيشن ومااستوى عنده.مع العلم اني خبرته ان مااستوى عندي وجربت من شهر وعندي ايميلات مع البنك تثبت محاولاتي ومافي رد من قبلهم.يعني مب حلوة التصريفة ماعندنا فورم مع انه سأل زميلة وخبره ان عندهم النظام التقليدي وان في مشكلة بالتطبيق Abu dhabi mobile banking.بس حسيته مب فاضي يسوي حساب لي لان حسابات التوفير ماتكون لها كوميشن عندهم- عسب جي تصريفة محترمة ماعندنا وحاولت ومااستوى.

I only went to it twice but did not experience any difficulty with the service or overcrowding. Once I was filing a complaint because the ATM canceled my transaction and I did not receive my money, but they were very helpful.The banks services on the phone are distinct and varied from other banks.Been there twice only but i never faced a difficulty nor crowd. One time was a complaint as the Atm declined my transaction and i did not get my money and they were very helpful.The online banking is excellent and better than other banks.
